Хороший чистый отель, вежливый персонал, хороший завтрак, заселили в номер выше выбранного уровня. Приехали сильно позже запланированного времени, нас заселили в номер, который на ресепшене назвали лучшим в отеле (2 комнаты, 2 санузла)
I am not eating glutein, I got gluteinfree bread, and I liked that there was green salat, tomatos, cucumber and mushrooms. Room very clean the bed good. All the staff friendly and helpful.

Our stay at Ratonda Centrum was lovely. First of all, the location is very central, surrounded by cafes and shops, and very easy to reach via bus. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The room is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Can’t ask for a better accommodation, highly recommend.

The room has everything you need - wardrobe, kettle, sockets next to the bed, nightstands. A bit small, but we didn't mind. The heating worked well, the bathroom was spacious and had a bidet. The breakfast was delicious, and while it didn't change from day to day, there are enough options that you won't get bored after a week of staying. It had pancakes, eggs, fresh vegetables and fruits, jams, multiple options of cheeses, yoghurts and bread.
Some minor complaints:
The toilet smells a bit like sewage - have stayed here before and it's a common problem. Also the soap is the oily kind that doesn't rinse off well.
The sauna was closed when we checked, so if you're interested in it, you might wanna check beforehand with the hotel when it is usually open - wasn't a big deal for us.
