Great location most of staff easy to deal with. Only complaints elevators in west tower super slow one not working. Parking garage is almost too short for a truck.

Very poor elevator situation, we had to wait so long any time we wanted to hop on one. Otherwise, great location, clean and many restaurants which we loved

Rooms very clean, staff very friendly could have been more informative on parking we ended up spending $113 on parking fees at the hotel they were unable to do anything about. Breakfast was good.

Room not worth the money spent on it could be a lot nicer, bed was rock hard thin sheets and blankets, had no contral ov the AC in the room it was very hot in there all night and finding your way around is like being in a maze

Our AC wouldn’t allow the room to go below 74 the entire stay. The bathroom had previous guests hairs in shower and on wall. The water for the room was already gone before we got there (not sure if we got charged $7.00, but I would have paid it b/c I was thirsty and had nothing).

Wi-Fi connection was good. Room was a suite, which was awesome. I would only suggest more bright lighting in the living area, and some kind of lighting in closets.
