Beautiful hotel, comfortable and convient to many downtown restaurants.
Pros:

What a beautiful hotel. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, especially the bed. We had a corner room with a great view. The parking was very convenient and we especially appreciated the EV charger. The location is great, very close to shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

It’s a gorgeous property from the early 1900s and has been renovated beautifully.
Pros:

It’s a beautiful classic from the early 20th century. The breakfast was wonderful. The location is, too!

Cons:

For me one of the most important aspects of a stay in any lodging is that the mattress be good to excellent. Our mattress was poor.

Elegant historic hotel, but maybe a bit complacent.
Pros:

A very good hotel, with historic style and elegant spaces. Staff kindly put wet, washed trousers in their dryer.

Cons:

Sink stopper loose - I fixed it, and soap dispenser empty. More attention to detail needed.

Warm welcome in a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Ashland
Pros:

Lovely Grande Dame of Ashland, beautifully restored. We loved that they offered real glasses, real ceramic mugs I the rooms. No sign of disposable anything in the breakfast room - a real plus!

Cons:

Hidden “facilities fee”. Just make it part of the price or optional if we don’t take advantage of the extra facilities

Historic hotel in the heart of Ashland
Pros:

Historic building is charming. There is also a good restaurant in the same building as the hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was better than the typical business hotel buffet, but not as good as ordering ala carte. It was a good value, though.
