Location is perfect. Right in the centre. 2 mins walk to Sol & Gran via metro station.

Très agréable une fois adaptée à mon environnement!
Pros:

Le personnel et la qualité du menu le matin.
Bel hôtel au niveau des services communs ( et de l’eau citronnée à volonté dans le hall d’entrée) mais la chambre très petite et donnant sur un mur en face, très près. Aucune perspective .

Cons:

Pas de jardin donc, pour profiter du beau temps, il fallait sortir et marcher assez longtemps pour trouver un quartier moins bruyant!

Perfect Location and Consistently Great Stay in Madrid

Second stay here and still absolutely love it. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and make everything feel easy from check-in onward. The location is hard to beat—you can walk to everything in central Madrid in just a few minutes, including Puerta del Sol, shops, restaurants, and major sights. It’s a perfect base for exploring the city, and I’d happily stay again.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like—everything was great from start to finish.

Top Lage, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Lage ist perfekt, Zimmer absolut in Ordnung und sauber (wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen), Supermärkte und Lokale ums Eck, alles Sehenswürdigkeiten in der nähe.

Cons:

Alles wirklich gut.

Je recommande cet hotel sans hésitation.
Pros:

Très bel accueil de la part du personnel. Disponible pour répondre à nos questions.
Les petits-déjeuners étaient variés et frais. L'emplacement était plus que parfait, à 2 minutes de la Place Mayor. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur l'intérieur, au 3e étage, ce qui était parfait. Aucun bruit durant la nuit.
Nous avons pu tout visiter à pied.

Konumu mükemmel. Tüm turistik noktalara yürüme mesafesinde . Temizlik iyi.Wi-fi iyi . Oda büyüklüğü yeterli .

Cons:

Caddeye bakan odada kaldık. Yanında yer alan gece kulubu yüzünden gece 12 den sabaha kadar süren dışarda takılan insanların gürültüsü vardı.O nedenle konaklamanızda iç avluya bakan oda talebi yaparsanız daha rahat edersiniz.

Ok hotel. Can probably do better
Pros:

Location. Comfortable bed and good air conditioning . Pleasant staff.

Cons:

Poor water pressure in the bathroom so showers were not satisfactory. Only an over bath shower - dangerous for older guests. Wine and tapas advertised but never available. Lobby service was non existent other than the front desk.

Central, clean and welcoming
Pros:

I have stayed here twice before. The hotel is very central, clean and welcoming. The staff have always been very helpful. They even gave me the same quiet, large and comfortable room I had last time. It was nice to have tea and coffee in the room.

Cons:

I was not happy that the day after I left they rang me to remind me to do a review. I was travelling and it was not my priority until I got home.

Pros:

Central location was great.
Staff were really helpful.
Bar closed but we were allowed to meet family in the fabulous atrium and share a celebratory glass of fizz.

Cons:

Room was oppressively hot and controls seemed to be not working.
