Conveniently located by interstate, this facility was satisfactory but not wonderful. Staff was good
Pros:

Breakfast was a positive. limited selection of items compared to the "best", but good enough and was prepared better than some higher priced competitors.
mattress produced no complaints and a restful night.
staff was good and room was clean.

Cons:

drapes had dime size hole. heat/air had limited adjustment available so i covered part of the blower assembly with a towel and pillow to limit the air.
the entry/lobby was under renovation and desks and shelves were stacked to one side. the guest computer was not functioning.
several areas were not finished evenly/gaps in tile and tub/ rough plumbing connections not covered/hidden.
the tv provider format was cumbersome to operate to find programming easily.
Any negatives would appear to be the lack of oversight or poor cost cutting decisions by owner/operator.

Overall, a fine place to rest your head for an evening just don't count on a four-star breakfast.

Cons:

The breakfast tasted a little odd -- from the scrambled eggs which smelled funny to the bacon which looked funny. We actually left and picked up some to go food from Starbucks.

A good basic stopover experience
Pros:

We had a good stay. It was nice to have all the towels and bedding we needed for 4 people without having to go to the front desk. The breakfast was slightly above average, but nothing special. The room was quiet and comfortable. The only aggravating issue was the lack of entrance points. You entered either at the front desk area or one end of the property. The other end of the property, where our room was, had no side entrance access. It made the walk from our car with luggage more of a struggle than it should have been. Weird design.

Dated and musty
Pros:

The location of this BW Plus was very convenient, right off the highway. The hotel is a little dated and musty smelling. Our first room was so musty smelling that we requested a different one which was just ok. Adi at the front desk was very helpful, friendly and efficient. The young man who worked in the afternoon and the following morning was also very friendly. Hotel and room were clean and breakfast was sufficient. This hotel is definitely not what I would call a BW Plus.
