I don’t like the fact that they double booked me for one night I booked through booking.com and made a reservation for two nights and one night. I’d already paid for a separate payment already and I did not put in for that night. I put in for the following night and somehow another flipped up and it took the money out of my account immediately the reservation was canceled. It was never used the money that booking but.com is hanging onto of mine Which never even used you guys stole my money you stole my money. I want my $173 back and $.91 I did not use it. I’m tired of this. I’m gonna escalate this till I get my money back. You stole it. I did not use the reservation. They canceled it Less than 10 seconds after it was made, and I did not authorize them to take the money out I clicked pay at property. Your site is crooked and I will never use it again and I will tell everybody about this experience.
This was one of the worst extended stay experiences I've ever had. I checked in around 9 PM and immediately noticed a strong, unpleasant odor in the room. The walls were damaged, the sheets were dirty, and the bed frames were flimsy metal poles that bounced when we sat on them. We had two small children with us and were genuinely concerned about their health if we stayed even an hour longer.
When I called the front desk to express my concerns, she came into my room and the staff member dismissed the concerns, claiming I was the first person to ever complain and insisted that other guests were completely satisfied. She even suggested that I should just manage for one night despite the condition of the room.
I chose to check out immediately and was fortunately able to get a refund. Overall, it was a terrible experience—avoid this place at all costs.

Everything else! Room was dirty, toilet not cleaned, bed very uncomfortable, pillows hard, security doors not properly functioning, elevator screeched all the way to 2nd floor. I left after 5 hours and booked a room at the Hampton next door where the front desk clerk told me that they get guests often who have left that Extended Stay. I've written to corporate for a refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! I've stayed at other Extended Stay locations and never had such a poor experience.
