Pros:

Close and convenient front desk person was very nice and pleasant.

Cons:

Went to 3 different rooms due to the 1st two was dirty and nasty . The kitchen sink dirty with food crumbs on the floor and no bedding on the bed . The 2nd room was dirty and didn't look cleaned at all. In my 3rd room, I finally said f#&% it. The bathtub was dirty. The mirror in the bathroom had steam writing on it, and the carpets didn't look vacuumed

Worst experience ever

Ok to start off while we're driving into Cleveland a lady called saying she doesn't have our room that we booked 2 months in advance said she would call me back never did we had to talk to a lady she got us a room at different location charged us $75 more they want we pre booked worst experience ever got to new location and was terrible took hour to get us in room couldn't get keys to work had to switch rooms again only gave us 2 towels even though we booked 4 guests I wish there was something to do feel I was way overcharged for the worst experience I had

Not worth the price. Even for a discount hotel, this room was pretty terrible.
Pros:

Location was fine. Parking was ample. Lobby was clean.

Cons:

Rooms were dirty - dirty floors, hair in shower. Room smelled terrible of smoke- almost unusable by non-smokers- we had the windows open the whole time. Everyone woke with sore throats from the Smokey air.

Pros:

I should have known why it was so low priced, but soon as I got to the hotel it smelled kinda off. But that doesn’t bother me, the problem was the public. I kept waking up to people screaming and fighting outside or even when people are going to their rooms.
There should be like a rule or something when it comes to noise, ex/ hire a security team.

But it was good enough to sleep the night so I can’t complain too much and the staff working the night was nice and decent.

I don’t like the fact that they double booked me for one night I booked through booking.com and made a reservation for two nights and one night. I’d already paid for a separate payment already and I did not put in for that night. I put in for the following night and somehow another flipped up and it took the money out of my account immediately the reservation was canceled. It was never used the money that booking but.com is hanging onto of mine Which never even used you guys stole my money you stole my money. I want my $173 back and $.91 I did not use it. I’m tired of this. I’m gonna escalate this till I get my money back. You stole it. I did not use the reservation. They canceled it Less than 10 seconds after it was made, and I did not authorize them to take the money out I clicked pay at property. Your site is crooked and I will never use it again and I will tell everybody about this experience.
