Spacious room, comfy bed.... although I was given a twin and not a double for 1 person traveling....
Situated in a cute cluster of shops, cafés and welcoming common areas.

Cons:

I did not realize booking it that it is a different part of Metropol which is very much a modern looking hotel. In fact, it is a separate part (and entrance), which is a couple of classes lower (and years older))) awfully strong smells in the lobby, in the room... and very post soviet spirit... sorry... ok as I only had to spend half of the night there before the flight

Luulin varanneeni majoituksen Metropol hotellista, mutta tylyn vastaanoton jälkeen sain tiedon että varaus on Metropol spa hotellin puolelta😳
2 tuntia lähdön jälkeen sain sähköpostilla reklamaation rikotusta kylpyhuoneen seinästä ja 100 € korvausvaatimuksen.
Vastasin viestiin selvin perusteluineen, ettei ole mahdollista. Sain vastaukseksi laimeat pahoittelut. Ei tuntunut kovin hyvältä☹️

Oli isompi porukka syömässä tiistaina ja tulimme ottamaan muutaman paukun , niin meille sanottiin ettei tehdä "monimutkaisempia" paukkuja kun on kiire heidän kanssa. Ymmärrämme kyllä että on kiire tarjoilussa, mutta mekin olemme maksavia asiakkaita...asiallisesti "poika" tämän meille sanoi, mutta emme ymmärrä miksi häntä tullaan hoputtamaan viereen, hän hoiti tilanteen ja työnsä todella hienosti.
