We booked a room for 3.. when we got there there was only 2 towels and 1 double bed..

Went down to reception and was asked " did we request for the sofa bed to be prepped..

We said we'll we booked for 3... is the 3rd person meant to squeeze in the double or sleep on the floor with no extra pillows or blankets..

She rolled her eyes and went to talk to someone else whom came and said he will come make it.. this was about 4pm.. I asked for it to be done by 8..

He rocked in at like 7:57. Very last minute by the requested time..

Pulled out the sofa which was still wrapped in plastic.. then put a single sheep over the plastic.. why would anyone expect someone to sleep on plastic..

1- leaving a mattress wrapped in plastic encourages would growth etc as the mattress can't breath..

2 its uncomfortable for the person sleeping on it

3 its annoying for everyone else with the noise of the plastic g crinkly etc,

They are so many other reasons to not leave plastic on but you can research them..


This was my 4th time staying there.. its been about 12 months since my last stay and it has declined in quality soo much!

Breakfast was terrible!! It use to be amazing! 100% not worth the $26 per head anymore.. the only good thing about it was the coffee..

Looks like I need to find a new regular hotel for my annual visit to brisbane.

A lovely place and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely, it was busy so there was a shortage of seating but we were happy overall and managed to have a lovely breakfast.

Cons:

We liked our stay and thought our room was nice and comfortable.

Good Service but very poor phone customer service

Lovely location, good value for money

Cons:

Very poor service by the receptionist via the phone. She worked in that Hotel on Saturday Morning and was very rude to attending to my check-in enquiry
