Lovely stay

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room to a good comfortable standard. Location was superb near to shopping mall. Great night's sleep in very nice bed.

My stay was very disappointing.
Cons:

One of the two elevators was out of order, so I waited almost 10 minutes to get in as there was a tour group ahead of me. There was no soap/body wash in the shower. The Flick Mixer tap at the sink was almost falling off, and I ordered a room service snack of hot chips and spring rolls which took almost 50 minutes.
