Enjoyed.
Pros:

Friendly staff, fullfilled all the request on the spot. Plenty parking, love the outside sitting area. Stayed here before. Clean, fresh smell and best location. Would not mind choosing the location in future.

Convenient and accessible location for my purposes around the Gravatt area.
Pros:

The location was near the purpose of my visit. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and enough for 2 people. The proximity to the Garden City Mall for shopping and transportation where bus and taxi are accessible, was a bonus.

Cons:

The bed was a bit small for a big adult. The food menu could include other variety and meals as options for the convenience of the guests, and especially after hours, to avoid looking elsewhere.

Great location comfortable room and very friendly staff.
Pros:

Easy to access location with plenty of parking close to Westfield Garden City shopping centre.

Cons:

There was coffee and tea making facilities in the room however no milk or water in the refrigerator. A minor thing I know but milk for a tea or coffee world of been nice.

Very sub par for the $400/night stay
Pros:

Location was okay

Cons:

Definitely did not feel like a ‘superior’ king room
Room was dirty, shower and bathroom ceiling mouldy
A kettle and tiny fridge is apparently cooking facilities
24hr room service is very restricted most of the time
Breakfast is very crowded and lacking tables to service guests, food choices limited due to supply.
King bed had 2 different types of bases making one side really soft and the other hard.
