Was OK for Short stays
Pros:

The location was a little far for us but the Martin Place Station is close by which is good. Lovely friendly and helpful Staff.

Cons:

Only step access to the front of the hotel. The room was much smaller than expected for a Superior King Room but was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable could do with more pillows perhaps 2 bottles of free water and more information on In Room services and the hotel itself.

Easy check in/out to a very comfortable room close to where we wanted to be.
Pros:

Location was perfect for a show at the State Theartre! Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The vanity basin was not draining properly so i removed the plug so cleaners could see if was full of hair. the plug was just put back in place without cleaning. Otherwise everything was great!

Really convenient for a short stay
Pros:

Close to the mall and restaurants, and business district. Fairly quiet at night.

Cons:

The cleaning needs work. The mini bar items were all dusty, there was short black hair in the bed sheet, and the bowl had a cornflake stuck to it.

Convenient for one night.
Pros:

The standard was slow our expectation. No eating facilities or in room service. We had been charged twice and there was reluctance to help rectify the situation.

Cons:

Not enough space or time. We would not recommend nor stay there again. We spoke with some other guests who had paid considerably much less than us

Our stay was fantastic
Pros:

We liked the service, free upgrade, location, beds and pillows were fantastic, amenities were also nice.

Cons:

The shower had some mould and moisture damage, as well as the room being a bit dusty. Otherwise fine.

Lovely clean close to everything. The restaurant across the street was great for breakfast.

Cons:

Beds were a bit stiff. They did put an extra pad on it but it still was a bit too firm for me.
