Very convenient, comfortable, lovely to stay.
Pros:

Location, room size, amenities - there was an ironing board, microwave and hair dryer, beautifully decorated. Discounted car parking next door.

Cons:

The hand wash in the bathroom hadn't been re-filled and we had to ask for milk as there was none in the fridge.

Pros:

Great location near the metro, within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, the Botanical Garden, and the Sydney Opera House. The room was clean and quiet, complimentary coffee was provided, and the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable.

Cons:

The breakfast area and gym are located in another building. There is no proper lobby at the reception. The cleaning staff opened my room door without knocking, and even though I had the "Do Not Disturb" sign displayed on the door.

Comfortable stay in a well located hotel.
Pros:

Very well located.

Cons:

The gym and breakfast place is off site, though close by. Also the breakfast choices are slim for the money (no buffet). It would have been nice to have an info sheet in the room about the gym, breakfast location, wifi etc. We had to keep calling reception to find out. The bathroom is particularly tired and old/grimey but the room was nice.

Very comfortable and well located at a very reasonable price.
Pros:

The location was very central, the rooms were clean and compfortable and staff were lovely. The price was also very reasonable. I cant fault it and will definitely be back without a doubt.

Great location near courts. Clean. But wanting to heat up my dinner was disappointing The exaction was quite stressful

Cons:

Being woken up at 6 am for a fire evacuation was not very nice. I understand a person pushed the button in the gym but whilst people were evacuating the premises there were no staff to help people. Once getting to the door at the end of the stairs. People did not understand how to open the food. A poster on the door would helped saying the green button on the wall.

Also the microwave in our room did not work. Room 715

Great location and friendly staff, for a short stay
Pros:

Great location. I was in town for 1 night for a dinner and caught the train from the airport. Hotel was a short walk from St James station. So easy!
Bed was comfortable and staff were very welcoming.

Cons:

Bathroom could have been cleaner and toilet was dripping water continuously (which I reported the next morning).
