Great location. Okay stay.
Pros:

Close to train to airport, to CBD and to the waterfront close to many local transit stops.

Cons:

Laundry was expensive - why isn’t it free for guests? WiFi key turning off. Very expensive for what was offered.

Generally, very pleasant and practical (for me). Would certainly come back again.
Pros:

Excellent location - helpful team most of the time

Cons:

I asked 2 team members (not at the desk) who were on the floor if there's a gym and both answered "I don't know."
Also - I did ask for room service - one day of my four-day stay and when I returned to my room it was obvious that apart from the bed having been made, there was no other service i.e. the teas were not replenished. Not a big deal but I did have to ask Reception later for more of the teas that I had used.

Close to circular key and shopping centre

Cons:

Was told on arrival that breakfast was available until 12pm but arrived to find it was closed at 11am.
Mattress protector was in very poor condition and heavily stained, didn't appear to have been washed for some time.

The property is nice enough however the bathroom is not the cleanest with noticeable black mould in the corners of the shower.

Professional throughout. Staff very friendly and helpful and so helpful. We requested an accessible room which met all our needs. Thank you.

Cons:

Guest teacups in room perhaps should be checked. One had a serious crack which looked ‘old’, and unfortunately both did not look overly clean with minor staining, but that might just be the glaze finish of the crockery.
