I had a spacious room on the first floor. They compled qirh my request for a walk in shower. In fact the bathroom had been designed for a wheelchair user. This hotel is located close to the cathedral and the area with all the cafes and restaurants. There is a bus stop rand a metro station right outside the front door, and the metro gives easy access to both the train and bus staions.
The room was at the back and had a spacious terrace that was left bare. More could have been made of this. The breakfast bufet was varied but the drinks machines, whilst efficient for the hotel, gave sugary drinks that weren't juice and the coffee had sweetened milk.

Location was convenient, 15 minutes walk to centre bars and places of interest.
The bed was worn out and terrible, very unstable base which moved when you lay on it.
The shower room was dirty, the towels were old and the room was in a noisy part of the hotel close to the business facilities.
We were given a room suitable for a person in a wheelcar hence the shower was not really suitable for a tall person. I think the hotel was full, as there was a conference there so I guess the booking.com customers are de-prioritsed.
Breakfast room was basic and the food the same.
All in all definitely not a 4 star hotel.
