Pros:

Tv remote didn’t work. Free breakfast was a joke.

Cons:

As above, tv remote working.
Better breakfast or don’t promise breakfast.
Don’t ask 72 yr old to climb concrete stairs.

That the room was clean... made me feel like I was at home.The staff was amazing very very friendly an made sure all your needs was done appropriately I love staying here at Baymont in Dublin Ga on 411 South

Horrible and irriated
Pros:

If staff would have informed us that there was breakfast maybe we could have enjoyed it.

Cons:

Bed bugs, poor customer service, moving from 1 room to another without any real solution. Paying for somewhere to be bitten up

No staff after 11 pm. Had water running through the ceiling and light fixture from above room. No staff on duty and a disconnected number. Had to call 📞 the police to get them

Pros:

Nothing I booked the room and no one was there to check me in.

Cons:

I did not like how I booked the room. Message the property told him I would be there in between 11 PM and midnight they responded that it was OK anytime after 3 PM when I got there there was no one working at 11:12.. called the property. No one answered, and I could not check in.

Booked two rooms both not cleaned
Pros:

Nothing it was not clean.

Cons:

Rooms was not cleaned. Dirty towels beds was slept in the key from the previous guest was still in the room. The front desk clerk was of no help.

Perfect location with an awesome staff
Pros:

Did not eat breakfast there.
Location was perfect.
I only interacted with one staff person, and she was awesome. When we noticed the TV had no sound, she replaced pretty quick.
The hot water in the shower was instant, really nice pressure.
I told her that Baymont also charged me as Booking.com, she said she was reversing that, hasn't shown as of this morning.

Cons:

The AC sounded like an air compressor.
The bed was not comfortable and 4 different pillows.
