Breakfast was great and our sea view room was great.
The pool opening and closing times - 10am - 7pm in an adult only hotel, opened way too late and closed too early.

Die Gegend war absolut toll. Das Hotel, die Zimmer, der Ausblick, Personal und das Essen waren 1. Klasse! Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Huone oli tilava ja hotelli rauhallinen, mikä teki majoittumisesta miellyttävää. Aamiainen oli hyvä, ja aamiaistila oli viihtyisä. Myös hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen.
Ravintoloiden ja baarin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Sen sijaan vastaanoton palvelu ei ollut yhtä lämmin tai asiakaslähtöinen.
Hot tub kaipaisi pientä kunnostusta, sillä se oli osittain rikki vierailumme aikana.
Vastaanoton palvelu oli valitettavasti pettymys. Henkilökunnan toiminta olisi voinut olla ammattitaitoisempaa, ja maksuihin liittyi paljon epäselvyyksiä. Vaikka kaikki maksut oli mielestämme hoidettu, kortiltamme veloitettiin vielä jälkikäteen lisää maksuja.
Lisäksi matkan kokonaishinta ei vastannut Bookingin kautta vahvistettua hintaa, mikä teki tilanteesta entistä sekavamman. Kokonaisuudesta jäi valitettavasti jopa vaikutelma ylimääräisestä rahastuksesta. Joudumme edelleen selvittämään yhtä ylimääräistä veloitusta.
Lomalla asiakkaan ei pitäisi joutua käyttämään aikaa ja energiaa maksuasioiden selvittelyyn. Sen sijaan olisi toivonut voivansa keskittyä rentoutumiseen ja lomasta nauttimiseen.

Zimmer mit Meerblick hat sich definitiv gelohnt. Was für eine Aussicht! Essen bei Halbpension sehr empfehlenswert. Freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Nähe zu Palma ideal. Ruhige Gegend.

The location and setting for breakfast is exceptionally stunning.

30-40 mins on the bus to Palma
10-15 min walk to stunning beaches.

Air con wasn’t the best.
The room online looked like it had a balcony but it was a sliding door.
The rooms were a strange layout without a proper bathroom so not private at all. You had to step out of the shower into the main room to get a towel.
Rooms seem overpriced for the facilities.
The pool area was extremely quiet with an older clientele who were annoyed if you were sat chatting.
The pool only opens 10-7pm which seems a late start considering the beautifully hot mornings.
There wasn’t any atmosphere at the hotel it was definitely for complete relaxation and so wouldn’t say good for groups.
