The breakfast was lovely, and the rooms were beautiful, it's very luxurious feeling. The hotub in the bedroom's balcony is amazing and definitely worth the upgrade. The front office/receptions staff are very inviting and friendly. There are amazing views from the sea-view rooms, or from the bar and resteraunts, looking out onto the sea.
The only minor complaint I would have is the TVs not being connected to the internet, making it difficult to enjoy a movie at night. It would be nice to be able to access Netflix or Youtube on the TVs.
La habitación con las vistas, el jacuzzi aunque podría estar un poco mejor equipado pero estaba muy bien y sobretodo el pedazo de detalle que me hicieron para celebrar mi cumpleaños.
La comida de los buffet se podría mejorar .

El spa deja mucho que desear, la baradilla del jacuzzi se movía mucho y se sentía inseguro. La cena totalmente mediocre. Y lo peor de todo fueron los vecinos que me tocaron: música alta todo el rato y fumando cositas ilegales, los trabajadores no pudieron hacer nada y cambiarme de habitación significaba quedarme sin jacuzzi privado por el cuál había pagado
La habitación muy limpia y amplia nos dejaron un detalle bienvenida muy bonito, además el spa y el buffet de desayuno muy completo
TODO. Fuimos para celebrar nuestro aniversario de boda y la verdad es que las habitaciones fueron super cómodas, el lugar es precioso pero, sobre todo, lo que más nos gustó fue la amabilidad con la que nos ha tratado todo el personal del hotel que han estado pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. Volveríamos sin dudarlo a celebrar muchos más aniversarios allí

Super Service, haben eine Champagner flasche mit Süssem Gebäck bekommen im Zimmer und eine Abschiedskuchen verpackt.
Das Zimmer hatte war bei der Dusche undicht und der Lobby Berreich wie Bar ect ist nicht das Schönste am Hotel jedoch das Zimmer mit dem Balkon und Whirlpool war sehr schön.

La amabilidad del personal es un hotel muy tranquilo no se escuchan ruidos, la comodidad de la cama para mí fue lo mejor.
La habitación estaba limpia pero la terraza tenía polen en el suelo y se te llevaban los pies de polen. Se debería de hacer un repaso antes de que llegaran los clientes. Y el hidromasaje para mí gusto está situado en un sitio que te ven los de arriba y te sientes observado jejeje pero bueno
