Hotel maravilhoso onde nos sentimos muito bem vindos

A simpatia do staff, o pequeno almoço e a vista para o nascer do sol.

Não foi bem não gostar mas sim alguma desilusão com a zona de spa, a água da piscina era fria.

The location for the sea swims were amazing, we had a nice view from our room and the breakfast was great.

Excellent location and fantastic staff
Pros:

The pool and restaurants, wonderful. The Jacuzzi, however, had only cold water it would have been perfect had it been warm. All the personnel was exceptionally, friendly and helpful.

Pros:

For a 4 star hotel it has no real drawers the facilities in the room were there but very little space in the room

Cons:

Lack of space to put clothes no drawers no side table to speak of we had to keep our clothes in the suitcases

Första dagen tog för lång tid med beställningen
Service ner på restaurangen vid pool området bredde var inte alls så bra som den har varit tog väldigt lång tid innan vi fick beställa vår mat sen tog det ännu längre tid innan mat kom och sen fick vi inte dem dryckerna vi beställt sa till om tillbehör men dem kom aldrig.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt für unsere Hochzeitsnacht

Da wir unsere Hochzeitsnacht dort verbracht haben, haben wir ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Komfortzimmer mit Meerblick erhalten, sowie eine Falsche Sekt und einen Teller mit Schokoerdbeeren und Macarons, sowie einer Grußkarte des Hotels um uns zur Hochzeit zu gratulieren. Dies haben wir als sehr aufmerksam empfunden. Die Komfortzimmer mit direktem Meerblick waren wunderschön, wir haben den Sonnenaufgang mit Blick aufs Meer sehr genossen. Auch die Größe des Zimmers ist gut, es hat eine luxuriöse Ausstattung und das Bett war sehr bequem. Beim Frühstück fehlte mir als Deutsche die Butter aber ansonsten bleiben keine Wünsche offen, hier findet jeder etwas auf dem Buffet.
Da es uns so besonders gut gefallen hat, überlegen wir für einen Hochzeitstag in der Zukunft zurückzukehren

Cons:

Die Dame an der Rezeption hat relativ lange gebraucht um uns zu empfangen und wir sollten zusätzliche e-mail Adressen hinterlegen, was wir letztendlich abgelehnt haben

Das neue Barpersonal am der Poolbar war nicht gut organisiert. Lange Wartezeiten und die bestellen Getränke wurden oft verwechselt.

Pros:

Almost everything. Food is amazing. Service is great. Territory, pool and beach are wonderful.

Cons:

Room size and lack of space for different stuff in bathroom, wardrobe and no bed drawers. AirCond is too noisy.
