Pros:

The property was in good location the staff was OK. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

The staff could be from there the TV didn’t properly work. The screen is about ready to go out and when I asked to see about getting another TV, there was not another one and then he said they were booked, but then told another person that they just had to cancellation the bathtub leaked hot water, which made it very humid in the bathroom. The window has a crack in it or at least it doesn’t close all the way the beds were comfortable, but every day I woke up with a bad backache for the price I was very unhappy.

The furnishings, bedding were worn and uncomfortable. The breakfast was not worth eating, very unappetizing. There was a barking dog on our floor.

Wonderful surprise
Pros:

They upgraded my room when I had difficulty getting into my assigned room.

Cons:

As I was walking to my other room saying this is the last time I stay here. I swallowed my words, I would definitely stay here again my room was absolutely wonderful.

We were not real happy with the room.
Pros:

The room was good size. The room’s appearance was fine. The bathroom was clean.

Cons:

The had an oder. The couch smelled like animals. The bathroom sink faucet was broken. We could get water out of it but it was not attached and flopped around. The elevator smelled. The hallway didn’t feel clean and smelled.

1.water pressure 2. The space and fireplace in our room. 3 the bed/pillows weren't bad

Cons:

I got a text from the general manager asking if I needed anything to let them know, I did and no response. Our vending machine on our floor gave us hot drinks, the ice machine did not work, and the toilet wasn't cleaned properly from the last visit. Stains on the shower linen and holes in the drapes.

We left after the first night, because we couldn’t breathe well in our room

Cons:

The room was very musty and damp feeling, the bathtub faucet ran continuously, the mattress was rough. The pool had a film over top of water, & no exhaust fan in there.. the carpet in hallways was ragged & stained. The continental breakfast wasn’t great.. only hot item was waffles.

Our stay was decent. I would book again. There were definitely some minor annoyances though.
Pros:

The location was good, and it was clean enough.

Cons:

The free breakfast could have been better. I didn’t expect a buffet, but there could have definitely been some better options. The staff was also slightly rude. When asking for some clean towels, the guy at the front desk literally blew his breath and whined “I just want to eat my food!” The only reason I needed clean towels is because the only sign indicating I would not have housekeeping come to the room was by the elevators. So I did not see that sign until later in the day.

HORRIBLE
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The first room we were put in had food and dirty clothes in it. The second room smelled like mildew with a huge wet spot on the carpet in front of the AC unit. The ENTIRE third floor smelled like URINE. It was DISGUSTING. There was even a hall closet open with dirty toilet plungers for all to see. Had I been able to cancel or afford something else I would have left. Everything else was sold out. Absolutely disgusting, I’ll never stay there again.

I enjoyed the hotel. I would stay there again.
Pros:

DeShaun at front desk was super helpful and friendly. The room was great, the location was great. The price was exceptionally great.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Coffee ran out and mostly microwavable items.
