It was in a good location and the staff was friendly. Overall, a good experience.

Cons:

There was an occasional pet urine smell when the room temperature got above 70 degrees. The room was also quite humid.

Needs a bit more of a Patio , instead of sitting just at the front entrance in a hard rocking chair and the door is open every 20 seconds.
