Cons:

Het ontbijt. Dit kon je in de verste verte geen ontbijt noemen. Geen brood of verse koffie. Eieren moest je doormidden snijden en opwarmen in de magnetron. Ontbijten deden we noodgedwongen buiten het hotel. Gezien de prijs per overnachting incl ontbijt was dit ronduit schandalig.

Tolerable becuse we planned well, would not stay again.
Cons:

The breakfast was horrible barely qualified to call an included breakfast, the waffle machine was working and there was frozen biscuits, and cereal but thats it.

I asked for a crib in my room and I got an email saying that it was confirmed, but upon arriving they said they could not give us one as they dont have any at that hotel and that the email lied. Made it super hard to sleep with our baby and very unsafe.

Vacuum the floor thoroughly so the next person will not find stuff on the floor. I found a bunch of socks in a corner showing it was not thoroughly cleaned

First off, the hotel sign was misleading and led me to first bldg, not the 2nd one. Commode seat loose. Lamp shades bad condition. Water shower pressure too forceful. Tried to take a bath and drain plug wouldn't close to hold water .

To be honest, I would rate to be the worst.
Pros:

We didn't arrive till around 9pm. The computer was down so they couldn't check in till around 30 minutes or so. We sat in the breakfast area. When we finally got to our room the TV wouldn't work. And the person on duty wasn't the most pleasant. He never offered an apology. Oh and our initial room wasn't clean. So he put in another room. We were very tired from working all day and because I showed some discomfort he said "Now let's don't get disrespectful" No apology and when he said that it made it worse. The next morning he wouldn't even speak at breakfast and as we were checking out and I returned the key cards he didn't speak. I have dealt with the public in business for over 40 years and this was extremely poor service!

Desk staff was great. Everything else was questionable.
Pros:

The counter staff was great.

Cons:

When I checked in there was no toilet paper in the room. Then I went to use the microwave and there was a molded cup of coffee in there. Both are failings of house keeping staff. The carpets in the common areas were dirty and stained. And the third floor halls smelled of body odor and a scent of weed. Not fresh smoked but a more lingering and permanent smell.
