Pros:

The front desk attendant was amazing! I had booked on line and it doesn't tell you what floor the room is on, and we were placed on the 2nd floor. My mom and I went there because she was having surgery the next morning, at the local hospital, and couldn't walk that well. The attendant offered to switch us to a first floor room closest to an entrance so mom didn't have to walk that far. We were very grateful!!

Cleaning staff and maintenance need to step their game up.
Pros:

The employees were very helpful and nice.

Cons:

The first room we were in the fireplace did not work and had wires sticking out of it. The second room we were in the hot tub did not work. The couch was from the 1900's. There was an old candy cane on the floor behind the nightstand. The ceiling near the TV was coming down. The mattress did not have a mattress protector on it. The pillows were horrible.

Very disappointing!
Pros:

Dead roaches in room. Room dark - more lighting needed. Walls and fixtures well worn. No outlets for charging iPad iPhone computers. Just regular outlets. Breakfast minimal, items. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Way overpriced for what you get even if it is a special holiday weekend in the fall ! See above.
