First off, the hotel sign was misleading and led me to first bldg, not the 2nd one. Commode seat loose. Lamp shades bad condition. Water shower pressure too forceful. Tried to take a bath and drain plug wouldn't close to hold water .

To be honest, I would rate to be the worst.
Pros:

We didn't arrive till around 9pm. The computer was down so they couldn't check in till around 30 minutes or so. We sat in the breakfast area. When we finally got to our room the TV wouldn't work. And the person on duty wasn't the most pleasant. He never offered an apology. Oh and our initial room wasn't clean. So he put in another room. We were very tired from working all day and because I showed some discomfort he said "Now let's don't get disrespectful" No apology and when he said that it made it worse. The next morning he wouldn't even speak at breakfast and as we were checking out and I returned the key cards he didn't speak. I have dealt with the public in business for over 40 years and this was extremely poor service!

Okay for one night

There was a used washcloth in the bathroom overlooked, the phone did not work in the room, and the facility had a smell in the hallway

Desk staff was great. Everything else was questionable.
Pros:

The counter staff was great.

Cons:

When I checked in there was no toilet paper in the room. Then I went to use the microwave and there was a molded cup of coffee in there. Both are failings of house keeping staff. The carpets in the common areas were dirty and stained. And the third floor halls smelled of body odor and a scent of weed. Not fresh smoked but a more lingering and permanent smell.

Musty, damp room
Pros:

The service was good. The staff were friendly and accommodating. However, our rooms were damp, musty and dark. We will not stay here again.

Again location was the only positive thing.
Pros:

Location is great!

Cons:

Door cards NEVER worked correctly- had to have them rescanned every time we wanted to get back into our room!

good staff interactions; pet-friendly

Cons:

breakfast offerings were minimal; hallways were dirty and smelly (and I realize this might have been because of using disinfectent in the "pet wing.") Bathroom badly designed and badly lit. Room lighting was also poor. Mainly, the entire place felt dingy. I won't stay there again.
