Zentrales Hotel - renoviert und gutes Frühstück
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage,. gutes Frühstück, Zimmer sauber. Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer in einem Teil des Hotels sehr heiß da keine Klimaanlage. Bei Ankunft waren zwei Ventilatoren angeschaltet... Schlafen war nervig. Heiß oder laut 😨

Toilette im Zimmer verdreckt... zwei Zimmer mit Durchgangstür angegeben, bei Ankunft nicht umsetzbar. Kontaktaufnahme vor Ankunft wäre nett gewesen, dann hätte ich umgebucht.

Very nice, very good
Pros:

Very good. Good location. Near the city center, near the seaside, near the port. Tram stop right at the hotel. Good way to go to or from the airport. The room was clean and nice. Good breakfast, good choice of food and good food
quality.

Cons:

Only two single beds in the room were offered. A twin bed would be nice. Bed mattresses are sliding a bit, but causing only minimal discomfort.
There was no free beer :(

Great location, poor maintenance
Pros:

The location is excellent and the rooms are decent.

Cons:

On the downside, the shower in our room was leaking badly and flooded the entire bathroom. The staff were clearly aware of the problem, as there was a special brush in the bathroom for removing the water. This is not a cheap hostel, and when I stay somewhere, I do not expect to have to clean the bathroom floor every evening because of a leaking shower. Problems like this should be properly fixed rather than dealt with using temporary half-measures.

The second issue concerns a receptionist named Ibrahim. Even though the reservation was in my name, he did not even look at me and addressed my husband when answering every single one of my questions. This is completely unacceptable in 21st-century Europe. His behaviour was disrespectful and discriminatory, and in my opinion, someone who treats guests this way should not continue working there.

Highly recommend place
Pros:

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city. Everything was perfect - cosy and clean room, comfortable bed, nie bathroom. Breakfast was perfect and offered all that we needed, also some local specialities. Hotel parking is quite expensive, but there is other big parking behind the hotel.

The hotel offers a very good value for money.
Pros:

The hotel is located close to the old town. The ferry terminal (to Helsinki) is very close to the hotel. Bus and tram stops are very close.

The hotel is modern and comfortable. Rooms are are clean, beds are comfortable. The staff is very helpful and professional.

Cons:

Everything was ok.

Ingen ny favorit, men hyfsat för sitt pris.
Pros:

Läget, nära gamla stan.
Rummet var rymligt och välstädat.

Cons:

I badrummet var golvets lutning fel så när man duschade rann inte vattnet mot golvbrunnen utan ut på hela badrumsgolvet. Vi ville byta rum, men fick svaret ”All our rooms are the same”.

När dörren i korridoren stängdes skakade väggen i vårt rum.
