Per quello che ho visto e di cui ho usufruito, niente!

Le mie recensioni sono sempre oggettive, pertanto dirò le cose come stanno. Ho soggiornato solamente una notte in questo hotel e non ho usufruito della colazione, quindi la mia valutazione è relativa alla camera e all' accoglienza dello staff.

La stanza e il bagno andavano bene, non ricordo particolari criticità.

Il punto dolente è stata l'accoglienza. Sia le persone all'ingresso del centro sauna (che a quanto pare è collegato a questo hotel) sia la reception stessa sono state ben poco amichevoli, per non dire indisponenti.

Bisognerebbe in generale capire che i clienti non vanno trattati con sufficienza o a monosillabi, ma vanno accolti con cordialità. Nessuna delle persone con cui ho avuto occasione di interfacciarmi qui è stata cordiale o collaborativa e questo NON penso sia un punto a loro favore.

Unitamente a ciò hanno il coraggio di farti pagare non ricordo nemmeno quanti euro (mi pare sui 10 euro) per conservare i bagagli in armadietti, quando basterebbe mettere a disposizione una stanza bagagli esattamente come è successo a Helsinki, a Riga, a Vilnius e in un altro hotel di Tallin. Probabilmente l'idea è di rendere indipendente il cliente dalla reception, ma a me non è piaciuto affatto né il modo di porsi né in generale chiedere tutti quei soldi, quando qualsiasi altro hotel (ben più prestigiosi di questo) ha messo a disposizione una stanza GRATIS.

Può anche essere che la colazione sia buona e che le stanze non siano terribili, ma se il buon giorno si vede dal mattino se si hanno altre scelte, meglio optare per altri hotel. Nessuno pretende grandi sorrisi e grandi chiacchiere, ma il minimo sindacale per far sentire a loro agio persone che sono lì per soggiornare e che PAGANO.

Cons:

特にありますんが、全ての追加サービスは購入する必要があります。フロントでのスーツケースに預かりはないので、ホテルのコインロッカーにお金を払って預ける形になります。フロントがある1階でコーヒーや紅茶、アルコール飲料やお菓子を食べたい場合は購入することができます。

Pros:

Aamiainen ok, perus. Siisti, vasta remontoitu. Parkkipaikka autolle sisäpihalla, maksullinen. Vieressä kylpylähotelli johon pääsee sisäkautta alennettuun hintaan.

Cons:

Automaatit eivät toimineet. Ei ilmastointia huoneessa. Liian vähän henkilökuntaa.

Nettes Hotel im Zentrum
Pros:

Wir haben ein Zimmer für 5 Nächte wegen Marathon gehabt. Check in um 2Uhr früh war problemlos, im Schwesternhotel nebenan. Die erste Nacht war ziemlich kühl im Zimmer wegen starker Lüftung an der Decke, am nächsten Morgen an der Rezeption angesprochen, hat man sich jedoch das Problem sofort angesehen, wir bekamen auch Heizgerät fürs Zimmer und zusätzliche Decken. Danach wars gemütlich warm.
Frühstück sehr fein, gute Auswahl.
Wir haben auch Wellness Angebot im Schwesternhotel für 10€ genutzt. Wassertemperatur 28°, Kinderbecken 32°, super Sauna.
Auch gute Tipps und Bolt-App Erklärung für Mietauto vom jungen Herr an der Rezeption, der sich Zeit genommen hatte.
Lage des Hotels sehr gut, nahe zum Hafen und Altstadt, auch gleich daneben eine Tramhaltestelle.

Cons:

Wir wollten eines Abends im Restaurant Nero essen, gleich im Schwesternhotel. Wir warteten einige Minuten geduldig beim Eingang, gemäss Schild, dass einem Platz zugewiesen wird. Wir wurden aber von sämtlichen Mitarbeitern total ignoriert, die mehrmals an uns beim Eingang vorbeigelaufen sind, ohne zu grüssen oder sonst irgendetwas zu fragen, das Restaurant war nur mit wenigen Gästen besetzt, das Personal beschäftigte sich mit Telefonieren und Reden oder einfach nur Herumstehen, hatten eigentlich nicht wirklich zu tun gehabt. Ein Herr, Restaurantleiter? sass sogar direkt neben uns und hat uns keines Blickes gewürdigt sich
So einen gastunfreundlichen Empfang hab ich äußsserst selten erlebt. Wir gingen dann weg.
