Convenient location. Close to airport and shopping. Staff is polite and apologetic. Elevator did not work. Shower knob nearly detached and only the staff be able to turn it on. Room needs deep cleaning to rid of pest.

elevator was out as i hear it always is.tv inop.72 years old,sent to the wrong end of the building on the third floor ,elevator out,after moving my car and had to move it back to its original location

Room was really stinky. Had to sleep with the window open and listen to traffic all night.

I have never stayed at such a filthy hotel in my life. I wasnt expecting much, but the lack of cleanliness was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. We had to change our room the first night because the shower knob fell off, the entire thing was covered in black mold. The rooms smelled, there was dirt or possibly roach droppings in the corners of the room and bathroom. The 3 days we were there, we never once had housekeeping. They were non-existing. The towels were stained, everyone was putting their dirty towels and tied up trash bags in the hallway. I will never stay at this hotel brand again. The only thing good was the staff at the front desk was nice. Also- beds are tiny and hard as a rock.

I love coming here ,this place is really affordable and its gor everything u need a hotel. Fridge, small kitchen, iron board and nice bathroom. Will definitely be coming back

Dated property and was not sure if the sheets and covers were clean. Slept on top of the covers.

The room was outdated, and dirty.
Appliance were chipped up. Dirty stuff under the bed & the towels were slight brown.

The shower holes was shooting out water as well.

The place is dirty all around. Smelled terrible. They had to change my room twice because it smell horrible. Finally decided to stay in one room and the bathroom and bathtub were super dirty. Place should be shut down.

What was cleaned was nice. What got missed was yucky.

Mr. Wael, at the front desk, was so helpful. We missed our flight to Portugal, and had to stay overnight with our two kitties. He helped so much to make sure we had everything we needed!

We were worried initially looking at those reviews online, as we were travelling with families for a religious event. This location proved it wrong, really had a great stay. I recommended this place to my other friends too and they will be booking bunch of rooms in July for another room. Thanks Extended Stay!!

I was impressed! Staff are always very kind,patient, polite. And always available at the front desk; greeting me with a smile! The area is quiet and seems like a safe place, nice people
