One night was tolerable but probably won't stay there again
Pros:

The location was very close to the lake, restaurants, and shops

Cons:

The room was very small, there was no screen on the bathroom window & the room was very hot (no AC) but we couldn't leave the window open. The shower was extremely small, bed pillows were cheap quality & seemed old. Hours of Office operation were very limited.

Pros:

Great location. Management was more than pleasant and helpful. Management indicated the tower, where our room was located was about to undergo remodeling.

Cons:

The lighting in the room was not great and neither was the outlet/charging areas. They were no conveniently located and/or didn't work. There was no AC and the fan in the closet was too dusty to use. The room's aesthetics could have used an upgrade.

Pros:

The view of Lake Tahoe is unparalleled - stay we stayed on the sixth floor, overlooking the entire lake, and it was epic.

Cons:

Unfortunately, during our stay, the elevator broke down.

Excellent location and view of lake, clean rooms, uncomfortable bed.
Pros:

Excellent location, view of the lake and close to shops and swimming area. Staff was super friendly and rooms were very clean!

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable, thin mattress where you could feel the springs. I ended up sleeping on a pile of extra pillows. Also, no AC, so if staying in the summer it could get quite hot.

We stay here because the location is great and has what we need for our short stay.

Cons:

No A/C and the stay was very hot. Had to sleep with the windows open both nights. Our room was double booked. We booked a room with 2 beds as there were 3 adults staying in the room and they changed us to a room with only 1 king bed. We asked for a discount but I’m still waiting to receive that.

'glad it was clean inside though many repairs need to be made. I wouldn't stay here again.
Pros:

The staff was helpful and cheerful. when I lost the room key in the labeled envelope they gave me two changed keys. We got hot water quickly and the elevator we were next to wasn't noisy. It was quiet at night.

Cons:

the parking lot layout above ground was very difficult to maneuver in some spots. The outside carpet by the elevator was ripped and easy to trip over. The outlets on the bedside table didn't work. The light above one of the beds had no socket for bulb and didn't work, the outside light didn't work, wallpaper was peeling, TV guide didn't match the stations we actually got, and the beds didn't line up with the box spring and spring, so easily tripped over.
