A good place to stay in Tahoe City
Pros:

Good, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped room. Very convenient location to go to Palisades Tahoe. Convenient access to good nearby restaurants. View to the lake a perfect bonus. Very good value.

Cons:

Overall facilities are old, so a few things are working imperfectly such as the room thermostat.

Praktische uitvalsbasis naar bergen, meer en restaurants.
Pros:

De ligging van Pepper Tree midden in Tahoe City, omgeven door winkels en horeca is perfect.

Cons:

De accommodatie is behoorlijk gehorig. Geluiden van de kamer naast je, de straat, storm en regen zijn goed te horen.

As I don’t trust the management now, I certainly wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Beautiful view of Lake Tahoe! Convenient location for us. We were glad for the parking, elevator, cleanliness of the room, and hot water.

Cons:

Shabby, squeaky bed that transmitted every move of one’s bed partner. The worse thing was the all night road construction below the hotel the I feel we should have been informed of ahead of time. Ear plugs didn't work to block the noise and we didn’t sleep most of the night. At the very least the room price should have been adjusted but wasn’t.
