The hotel has a lovely ambience and decor.
No air circulation in room and fixed portable air-conditioning was noisy.
Location was good, parking was excellent, appearance, comfort and cleanliness were 'all there'.
According to reception, breakfast wasn't served until 10.00 am onwards. Okay being picky-where plugged into the mains, the television, coffee maker and kettle didn't work. Coffee maker and kettle had to be used taken into the bathroom and plugged in there to make them work.
Personnel attentionné, chambre spacieuse et salle de bain refaite à neuf, tout y est pour être confortable. Très bien situé, près de tout.
The inside was beautiful and welcoming.
It was so loud outside. Sirens all night.
Location and ambience
I may have been unlucky, but 8am Sunday morning went to have a shower and ran the hot water for many minutes. It did not get hot (or even warm). Finally I braved it and had a cold shower. It started to get warm just as I was getting out.
I trust the management will fix this as this is intolerable in a $300 + per night room.
I hope this can be corrected so as to make a good place to stay.
The staff was wonderful and gladly stored all 7 of our bags as we arrived at 10:30 am. We where going on a cruise the next day and the location was walkable to the port. We opted for a Lift and it was only $12 due to the amount of luggage.
The neighbor hood has a bit of a homeless issue but it still feels safe and the restaurants in walking distance are great.
I loved my time staying there. The room was cozy, clean and beautifully designed, many things were restocked. The hallway was amazing. It was a pleasure to stay in such an amazing place.
I grabbed an apple from the front office`s desk, and it turned out to be rotten. But it`s not a big deal.
Lovely friendly hotel. Large bright room. Beds were very comfortable. Tea and coffee freely available and a microwave and crockery/glasses in the lobby for guests to use. There is no restaurant attached to the hotel but there are plenty of options around including a large supermarket one block away.
The neighbourhood is a bit seedy with homeless and drug users around - not the hotels fault but a bit unsettling at times. We also found it quite noisy.

A beautiful little boutique hotel with bright, thoughtfully designed rooms.
My favorite feature was the curved window overlooking the street—it gave me that classic “big city girl” feeling, as if I were living in a chic urban apartment for a few days.
The bathroom deserves special mention. It was modern, impeccably maintained, and honestly one of the nicest hotel bathrooms I’ve experienced in a long time. Bright, spacious, and exceptionally well designed, with every detail carefully thought out.
