Pros:

Cons:

Located on a less nice area within downtown. Room did not have a outdoor facing window.

Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place.
Pros:

Great small hotel in an excellent location right in the city center. The building is charming and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. Our room was beautiful, very clean, and warm — it has real water radiators with adjustable heating, which made it especially comfortable during colder weather.

The bathroom was spacious and well maintained. The room included all necessary amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and makeup remover, which was a nice touch. There was also a refrigerator and a coffee machine in the room.

In the common area, guests can use a microwave, which is very convenient. Paid parking is available not far from the hotel.

The only downside was that there was some renovation and wall painting happening on our floor, but it didn’t really bother u

Lovely facilities and very helpful staff! They allowed us to check in very early when we were jet lagged and it was much appreciated!

Cons:

Centrally located which was great but the area was a little intense at night, not fault of the hotel though!

Pros:

Room service was great. They made our bed and tidied our room every day! The housekeepers were lovely. Free nespresso coffee & water bottles

Cons:

Plumping issues- the toilet was clogged and we had to wait hours for it to get fixed, parking is $50 a night and we were told it was free, we paid a lot of money to stay in the legacy king room and our view was of the parking lot/ staircase outside, limited channels on the cable television/ no Netflix

An enjoyable 1 night. Would have liked to have stayed longer.
Pros:

Spacious and very comfortable room. Super comfy bed and good quality linen. Handy to have onsite parking but expensive at $50 per night if you are staying more than a few nights.

Cons:

It was a little bit noisy with car traffic but we aren’t used to living in a city.

Lovely refurbished historic building - rooms full of character.
Pros:

My room was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

The location, although close to a lot of things is in a sketchy area, especially for a single woman at night. Related to this: there were often sirens throughout the night and the windows aren't double-pane (I don't think they are anyway) so it was very loud.
