Excellent stay however when we entered the room it was 80 degrees!! Repairman showed up and couldn't fix the furnace so he opened the windows which cooled the room enough to have a comfortable stay.

Pros:

Staff at front desk and in breakfast room were wonderful. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Location overlooking the harbour was great.
Only negative is the downtown area itself; many stores were boarded up and dining was limited.
