L’emplacement et le valet pour le parking
Le bruit du rooftop dans les chambres du 6eme étage, taches sur le siège et dans les corridors pas terrible, en 2006 c’était bien plus beau
The room was clean and the staff friendly. They were able to accommodate my early check in.
The rooms where smaller than expected but still functional
Here for a multi generational trip with my parents and this hotel was perfect in every way!!! We are coming back soon and recommending to everyone 🥳 Pic below is 2 min from hotel entrance
It’s a decent hotel in a decent location. Could be closer to the action, though. And hotel is a little dated. Friendly staff.
Avoid!!Stay somewhere else!!The hotel is under construction which is not made aware to you upon check in. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. Hotel is not accomodating to customer's needs.
My family and I stayed here for 1 night prior to getting on a cruise and had a nice stay. We got here directly from the airport and had 2 rooms for 5 people. One was the Executive Triple the other was the 2 Twin Superior. We did arrive early (~1PM) and our room wasn't available until the actual check in time of 3PM. The lobby was a nice place to wait as we were exhausted and just needed to rest a bit before exploring the city. The rooms themselves were very nice. Clean and tidy and the AC kept us at a comfortable 21C. I did appreciate that in the triple, the sofa bed was made when we entered and that there were 2 full bathrooms in the room. The Twin room was nice as well and had more than enough space for our quick night. Location wise, it's solid and walkable to a lot of sights and the restaurants in the area are tasty as well. Overall, a good place to spend the night
Location
No swimming pool. Not as good as the Le Meridien that we stayed in Vienna, the Rome location was very ordinary. We were expecting the same level of quality.
We spent Eu$1,000/night+ for a suite. The air condition in our first room never worked. Room temp: 25C all night. They brought us a fan at 10:30pm. No one slept. The next day the shift lead told us the issue was fixed. It wasnt. They claimed the room temp was 19 but it was 25C. So we had to pack up and move to a different room. The air in that room didnt work. Room temp 25C. No one slept. The next day we moved to yet another room set up: two adjoining rooms instead of a suite. This time the air conditioning worked and on our last night in Rome during a heatwave we finally were able to get some sleep. The lack of comfort ruined our time in Rome. I will never stay at this hotel again.

i really enjoyed my trip as i was staying in this hotel. everything was perfect
We arrived early at this hotel after disembarking from our cruise ship. I did not expect the hotel to have a room available, but I did want to get the process started. I was “checked in” and when I asked if I could be notified when the rooms were ready I was told I would be notified by the Bonvoy app. We left and explored but were never notified that the rooms were ready through the app. Got back to the hotel around 5 pm and when I checked in at the front desk was told that our booked triple room was not available any longer. The agent was friendly, but did not offer many solutions other than waiting longer. Very frustrating when we had “checked in” 7 hours earlier.
We were not offered help with our baggage, instead the concierge rolled out the bags and handed them to us while I was at the front desk.
The air conditioning in one of our two rooms ran constantly and it never got below 23 degrees (Celsius) and the rooms were small. We did appreciate the selection of complimentary drinks in the mini fridge, but our room was not serviced while we were there.
We did like the location. It is in a quiet, residential neighborhood, but walking distance to tourist destinations (Spanish steps, Vatican City). There is food nearby although options are more limited than in the touristy neighborhoods.
The breakfast was plentiful and the staff there were amazing. Friendly and helpful.
Overall it was an okay stay but we didn’t leave completely satisfied and probably would only recommend this hotel with some warnings about service.
Newly renovated hotel close to many attractions of Rome . Nestled in a quiet area with many restaurants around the hotel . Rooms are newly renovated and comfortable. AC works perfect even in this hot weather. Breakfast spread is elaborate and good. Hotel restaurant food is good. Front desk and concierge services are very good.
The Le Méridien is set in a quieter neighborhood, but it remains accessible to all that Rome offers. It's a short walk across the river to the Piazza del Popolo, or through Piazza Cavour to Castel Sant'Angelo.
The rooms are clean but a bit tired. As a Bonvoy Ambassador elite member, we had a suite on the top floor with a terrace that overlooked the neighborhood.
Staff were friendly, especially the servers at breakfast. The breakfast buffet has a good variety to last a few days. The top-floor rooftop lounge also offers a nice place to sit outdoors in the evening.
There are certainly more luxury options in Rome, but the Le Méridien stands out ahead of other Bonvoy Premium tier hotels like the Westin and Marriott for service and accommodations.
