We enjoyed our stay near, the Vatican.
Pros:

Good hotel at a very good location
Pros:

I should highlight the location of the hotel. Easy access with a short walk to Piazza Navona and many other attractions. At the same time the neighborhood was smart and quiet with some authentic local restaurant. We had very good dinners and also a Sunday launch only within 5 minutes walking distance.
Breakfast buffet was also really good.

I think the location is great and considering the limited car access policy in Rome, you may access many significant locations within 10 to 25-minute walk.

Cons:

We were surprised to see the whole entrance of the hotel was under construction and we were not informed of that. However, the rest of the story was acceptable.

overall good with some caveats
Pros:

Our family room was excellent for our family of 4-more room and better layout than expected. The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to everything but also in the quieter Prati neighborhood which is beautiful. We were greeted by super friendly front desk team and bellman as well.
The negatives: found a big bug in the room, water bottles not replaced (rude male concierge told us they were not replaced), coffee pods also not replaced daily, door to 7th floor broken and we couldn't get in, wasn't fixed during our time there.

Great value, comfortable, good location, walked to St. Peters
Pros:

We arrived in Rome a day earlier than planned and booked this hotel via bonvoy points at last minute. it turned out to be very nice and great location. It is not in the 5star luxury class if that is what you're wanting, but for the price and location, it is very well done. Pleasant staff, walkable to lots of sites, easy to get in and out off per walking or cab. Small but comfortable room and nice rooftop. Very good value.
