Pros:

La ubicación y los espacios. Las habitaciones amplias y el baño estaba recién reformado y muy buena la ducha.

Cons:

No había aire acondicionado y en la sexta planta parecía una sauna. Con la ventana abierta todo el tiempo y la siesta horrible x los ruidos del patio. Avisamos en recepción pero nadie solucionó el tema y comentando con otros huéspedes estábamos todos igual de asados.

Pokoj v 6 patře manželskou posteli, jak jsme požadovali při rezervaci, tichý, čistý a pohodlný.

Pros:

Habitación moderna, bien ubicado y el parking no demasiado caro para lo que se suele ver en otras ciudades.

Cons:

Almohadas demasiado blandas, precio demasiado caro para ser Marzo, pero en León no había muchas más opciones. Se aprovechan a subir el precio cuando hay algún evento en la ciudad

Buen Hotel y céntrico. Único problema: la temperatura de la habitación.
Pros:

La situación (a 10 minutos andando) de la Plaza Mayor. Las camas son cómodas y el baño amplio.

Cons:

A pesar de ser marzo y en el exterior una temperatura de 14 grados, en la habitación había 26 grados. Lo comentamos y nos dijeron que no se puede cambiar el sistema de calefacción ni bajar la temperatura de ninguna manera. Como es Marzo lo pudimos solucionar abriendo la ventana TODA la noche. Hay que elegir entre los ruidos de la calle o no dormir por el calor.
Es una pena, sería un hotel que recomendaríamos si no fuera por este motivo.

Hotel muy limpio, buen servicio y buena localización. Si vuelvo a León seguramente repita.
Pros:

La cama era muy cómoda y la temperatura de la habitación era muy confortable.

Cons:

El baño estaba un poco anticuado, no había tapón en el lavabo.

Cons:

Llegas a las 22:00, sin sitio en el parking del hotel, ya no hay ni cafetería ni puedes comer nada, el minibar sin refrescos. Brusquedad del personal a la hora de comunicarte las cosas anteriores, que no estábamos echando culpas a nadie. Si te dicen esas cosas con amabilidad ni las tomas en cuenta.

Recomendable. Cuando volvamos a León seguro que nos alojamos ahí.
