la atencion de los trabajadores del hotel un 10.
el baño estaba perefecto.. de agradecer. La trabajadora de la limpieza de la 8 planta que nos toco una pasada.. se agradece aunque ella sola no puede con todo. gracias por la atencion

en la habitacion la cornisa estaba como de haber sufrido una inundacion..techo con pegotes de haber tapado defecto sin dar mano de pintura en todo el techo, el suelo se nota que pide una revision, estaba media limpia, ( una vez comentado a la de la limpieza fue de agradecer el repaso ). el pasillo quiere una mano de pintaura y las esquinera alguna que otra reparacion...

HOTEL EN EL CENTRO CON TODAS LAS COMODIDADES
Pros:

Estaba en un lugar muy céntrico y además justo enfrente hay cargador de coche eléctrico que nos vino genial. La habitación muy amplia luminosa, las camas muy cómodas. En general un muy buen hotel.

Cons:

Quizás poner aire acondicionado en la espera de los ascensores ya que da el sol toda el día y mientras esperas a que llegue el ascensor te asas de calor. La habitación necesitaría al menos unos pequeños arreglos en el suelo ya que algunas piezas están rotas o levantadas y si vas descalzo te puedes hacer daño.

Un excelente sitio para alojarse en León
Pros:

La zona. Aunque no está en el centro es tranquila y en 10 minutos estás en el centro. El personal e muy atento además me brindaron su ayuda ante una dificultad que tuve.
