Staff didn’t seem to care about the problems when I checked out. The room I was in should not be occupied.
Pros:

Location, true roll in shower for disability

Cons:

Woke up to the popcorn ceiling all over me and the bed, loose toilet seat, broken bar in the bathroom, hair dryer not working.

Unfortunate Situation
Pros:

Convenient to where I had a meeting the following day. Room close to vending machine.

Very nice, quiet facilities with grocery, restaurants and retail nearby.
Pros:

I got a great deal using Booking.com. I like the location so much I’ll probably be back.

Cons:

I didn’t realize the facilities ONLY provided bath and facial soap as far as toiletries go so I did have to go to a nearby store and buy some. There is a sign at the desk that said they provide shampoo if you ask, but I preferred to get some of my own choosing. Make sure to bring your own hair products and lotion.

Worth the cost and I would stay again.
Pros:

Room was large with a full refrigerator and a kitchen so great if traveling with kids. Overall a budget type experience but worth it if you know what you are doing and take advantage of what it has to offer.

Cons:

No coffee maker in the room. Breakfast is very minimal with coffee, oatmeal packets, and some grain type protein bars.

Pros:

Clean room, comfortable, great price, friendly staff, excellent location. Very good quality!

Cons:

We really can’t think of anything. We could have stayed somewhere else, paid more, however, this hotel was pretty much what we were looking for.
