If you want cheap, then yes go here. If you want quality and comfort then I suggest you look somewhere else.
Pros:

The only thing I liked was the location of the hotel

Cons:

The whole hotel needs like a deep cleaning. My bedroom smelled like urine bathroom door doesn’t lock, flooring is coming apart. I was traveling with an infant and honestly I did not feel safe. Dreading the fact that she could catch something because of how filthy the rooms were

Terrible, I will not stay here again unless they remodel
Pros:

Location close to Whole Foods, chipotle, Nordstrom racks etc

Cons:

The smell smells really really bad, the roaches that was crawling in the bathroom the shower did not drain properly. The sink did not drain at all. The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were too flat. The room was not clean. The floor is dirty. The carpet has stains all over on them. The bed sheet looks like it was not changed. It had spot all over it. Just a bad experience overall.

Great place
Pros:

Love the staff another thing I love is that you guys provide kitchen utensils refrigerator microwave and stove and you're close to everything more things to the staff

Cons:

Nothing I did not like that day unless I can say I wish everything in the world was cheaper always wish u have a pool

Pros:

I really like this hotel it is very close to my 95-year-old mother the staff was great

Cons:

Well for the price I wish they had a pool and more for breakfast and it would be nice to provide sugar and cream with the coffee maker the manager could have been a little more polite I just didn't understand the way her approach was towards me as a 75-year old black woman with disabilities last but not least poopy on the floor is not acceptable

Get what you pay for. Inexpensive but little to offer.
Pros:

Location offered several eating establishments within walking distance. Fortunately, woman at checkout was able to refund the overcharge made at check-in.

Cons:

There were no plates or utensils in kitchen. Shower was not clean. Breakfast on the go was barely that (only instant oatmeal or a small packaged muffin with coffee). Check-in staff incorrectly charged me for room after I had prepaid it. Several light fixtures in room were non -functional. Only bar soaps in bathroom, no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.

Fast check in

Cons:

I woke up with insect bites and asked the front desk to check me out and verbally in person they said yes. The reservation was initially for 3 weeks but I requested to check out because of the bites I developed the first night. 10 days later I am still not checked out and obviously not refunded. This extended stay stopped taking my calls and is not replying to my messages. As if they are dodging to check me out because they will lose $2000. They're quick to check you in but will never give a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND THE PLACE IS UNSANITARY.

overall my stay was great and i will defenity go back and stay there again!
Pros:

Great location easy to find and check in was great. The room was very clean and comfortable the only thing was the room a bit stuffy but i was able to turn on the A/C to cool off the room. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

maybe breakfast can be a bit better
