Prices high for a terrible quality hotel

Decent Stay
Pros:

We love the location its near the shops

Cons:

The carpet of the hallway smells like a wet dog. There is no housekeeping service. We had to go pickup new towels from the lobby every day and nobody collects the soiled ones it just sits in our bathroom for four days.

I liked where the property was located and how clean the lobby and halls were

Cons:

I didn’t like how when I went into my room there was what looked like food later all over the kitchen sink. Definitely was nasty.

horrible experience, too smelly we could not tolerate and were not acknowledgedF not sure when a refund will come

terrible experience, room smelled of urine/incense, we tried to ask for a change in room, opened window, sprayed a room spray but did not help, manager was not reachable and we reached out to booking.com who said they will try to see if it can be cancelled, regardless we checked out after 1 hour and asked to cancel.

OVERALL, I ENJOYED MY STAY HERE I WILL BE GOING BACK.
Pros:

THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WAS NICE AND QUIET AND THE ROOM WAS CLEAN THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE AND I WAS ABLE TO GET A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP. I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY THE ONLY THING IS I WISH CHECK OUT WAS AT 12 AND NOT AT 11. LOL

Cons:

THE ONLY THING I DIDNT LIKE WAS THE HALL WAY SMELLED LIKE ENCLOSED AND IT WAS STUFFY BUT AS SOON AS I ENTERED THE ROOM I TURNED ON THE AC AS WELL THE ROOM WAS A BIT STUFFY.

Decent but not restful
Pros:

The room was mostly clean. The floor was clean. Freshly laundered linens and towels were provided.

Cons:

I stayed here one time before I love the fact that it was off the freeway and the traffic noise was in issue. However, this time the patron noise was a huge issue. Most of my neighbors were up at seven even on the weekend a few were taking showers at 2 AM and it sounded like my direct next-door neighbor was etching a hologram into the wall between our rooms.

I probably won’t stay at that whenever again sorry my Mountain View stay was really great and I just wasn’t comfortable

Cons:

The bed next-door kept banging up against the wall, so it was very difficult to sleep and when I went to go take a shower the knobs on the shower wouldn’t move at all so I couldn’t take a shower so I just got dressed
