A minha melhor escolha em Paris !
Pros:

Hotel limpo, muito bem cuidado e localizado num bairro com TODOS os serviços por perto (restaurantes, supermercados, feira, farmácia, banco, etc).
O autocarro 72 pára a menos de 100metros do hotel e tem paragens em TODOS os pontos turísticos de Paris. Além disso, tem a estação de metro a uma curta caminhada.
Ah, eles oferecem água filtrada e bebidas quentes ilimitadas durante toda a estadia. Achei muito simpático.

Cons:

O wc é minúsculo e pode ser apertado para pessoas maiores.
Não limparam o meu quarto no primeiro dia, achei estranho voltar da rua e encontrar o quarto sujo, mas talvez exista alguma regra quanto à limpeza e não fui informada.

Excellente découverte nous avons passé une très bonne nuit, l’hôtel est propre et bien entretenu, le quartier est calme ! Le petit déjeuner est excellent ! Mention spéciale au personnel agréable, souriant, très accueillant et à l’écoute ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

我ながらいい宿を見つけたと思う！
Pros:

毎日フリーで水やコーヒーが飲める。寒い日の到着時に息子と飲んだこのホテルのホットチョコレートが忘れられないくらい美味しかった。
フランスの人からするとお馴染みの味なのかな？日本から来た我々には衝撃の美味しさでした。笑
部屋やバスルームが狭いと書かれているけど、ダブルルームで成人女性と10歳息子2人にはじゅうぶんでした。
とっても清潔です。ドアに札をかけておけば、毎日掃除とタオル交換をしてくれます。
ダブルベッドはフカフカで寝心地最高。
そしてなんと言っても値段！他よりかなり良心的です。
徒歩5分以内に何ヶ所かバス停があり、どこに行くにもバスで行けました。立地最高まではいかなくとも、便利ですよ。エッフェル塔のすぐそばまで一本で行けます。
小さなヨーロッパ式のエレベーターは、とても面白くてかわいかったです。
わたしは英語がほぼ話せないですが、受付の人はゆっくりと根気強く話してくださったので、ありがたかったです。
平日月曜以外？ですぐそばの通りで朝のマルシェあり。
そこの屋台で買った焼いたチキンが絶品でした。
美味しいパン屋も近くにあります。
またパリに行くから、ここに泊まりたいです。
