Felt cheated, stressed and worried for my babies with how dirty it all was

Room 104 had full beds when queen was paid for so they moved us to 220 that also had full beds instead of queen. Room 220 also came with cockroachs which I pointed out but all that was done was a move back to 104 and a firm "there will be no compensation" from the staff who wasn't even on site.. it was some sort of video kiosk.... The shuttle driver was very sympathetic butt had no authority to be of any help. Pool was small, cold, and VERY dirty! I booked a week early at 136. $ a night and was told by staff that walk in rate was only 95$ I will never book there again.

Lobby was filthy, room for 3 with only one towel. Breakfast was only coffee oatmeal and yogurt. Beds were hard.

Nothing. The property had roaches. Not 1 but several roaches and property manager Sam Patel refused to give me a refund. Please steer clear of this hotel

Definitely no breakfast unless you pay more
Pros:

I liked that the room was clean

Cons:

I don't like the fact that I paid for a room that was supposed to include breakfast but yet all we could get was yogurt unless we paid for it on top of the room. Then the mirror kept coming on anytime you would move in your sleep like someone was watching you and needed the light on to do so. I would rather go to a hotel that was cheaper with breakfast at least you get good sleep there along with food and drinks. The only thing you seem to pay for is the pool and that's ridiculous

Could've been better.
Pros:

The physical staff were friendly and the place was clean.

Cons:

There was a kiosk with a Indian call center who did my checking in. I understand staffing can be difficult but was the most embarrassing experience of my life. I would have gathered slept in my car.
