The only reason we stay at the Mercure is because of its location. It’s close to family we are visiting.

Quiet, good beds, shower awesome.
Pros:

ordered room service unfortunately the staff didn't take into account how much everyone would want to order. Many items not available that I was after. They did accommodate with a change of one item.

Cons:

When I booked through nooking.com there was no advise as to the timing of breakfast on weekends. With the sporting event alot of people staying at the Mercure we were all leaving before the breakfast started. At least on the saturday those who ordered could get something but not much. On the sunday the girl wouldn't even bring it forward by 1/2 and hour. So basically I order 2 breakfasts not utilitised fully.
Check in not personal it was check in at a screen, I needed help finally got it. Technology isn't for everyone.

Great location for participating in the WFFA Cup at Cromer Park.
Pros:

I liked that there was a fridge, a sink and some crockery and cutlery in the room do we could have breakfast there as we had to leave early to get to the Walking Football games.

Cons:

Breakfast on the weekend starts too late.
I needed assistance for check in and check out as the machine didn't work for me.

I won’t stay there again because of automated self check-in
