It was clean and comfortable. Very few tea / coffee supplies in our room.

Cons:

Computerised check in was very impersonal, couldn't find where our room was or ask anyone which way to go. Didn't like having to pay for parking on top of the cost of our stay.

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back.
Pros:

The room was extremely comfy, clean and well-maintained. Staff were all very friendly and mostly helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. Walking distance from shops, and around the corner from Manly Leagues Club for great meals.

Cons:

Room service fell well short of what was advertised. On arrival, I was told most meals had run out, and I overheard staff telling a guest they were too busy to discuss their order that couldn't be met. The next day, I placed a meal order through the app and was advised that it was not available at that time and they were too busy to discuss options. If the app can’t be supported, it should be removed to avoid frustration. Breakfast was average, with better value at the Leagues Club nearby.

Pros:

Comfortable beds, good location. Room was a decent size and there were two layers of curtains which kept room dark.

Cons:

Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Floor was dirty and had stains as well as small bits of rubbish. The shower was also a bit grimy and I decided not to shower as I didn't feel the space was clean enough. We were really disappointed with the cleanliness as we paid $210 for one night and it felt like very poor service and value was provided for that amount. In addition to the bathroom being dirty the common area tables and floor was also unclean, with bits of food left on the tables and ground. It felt very cheap and I do think we were a bit ripped off for price. The rooms are also a little older which you really notice in the bathrooms. I would not really recommend this place unless there are no other options or unless you get a good deal.
