Perfect! Is that short enough? I'd certainly go back.
Pros:

The hotel is a fifteen minute walk from the train station which influenced my choice. The breakfast was very good, I ate the continental one and was very pleased with it. Staff were warm, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

My only dislike is that the shower is over a bath and not a cubicle. In itself it's not a major problem but I prefer a shower cubicle.

I would definitely book again
Pros:

Friendly staff. Very nice and bright, lots of free offers like water and syrup and coffee, even sweets during the day. Breakfast was really nice and not just a sweet French breakfast, but also savory options, egg variety and veggies. Some.organic options

Cons:

Unfortunately they didn't offer to take my big luggage up the stairs from the 6th to the 7th floor although I had an injury on my left hand. Instead she asked me if I needed my luggage...well.

Breakfast was not vegan friendly at all. Maybe at request?

The room was nice and clean. But the shower was full of hairs on the wall, so guess not really really well cleaned.

Comoda posizione per visitare la città, con possibilità di parcheggio. La signora alla concierge, gentilissima e che parlava un po' l'italiano, ci ha consigliato e prenotato un ottimo ristorante! Camera, servizi, acqua e caffè nella hall, tutto perfetto.

L'ingresso semplice e un po' nascosto, non rende giustizia ad un' ottima qualità generale dell' hotel.
