Great 1 night stay in Toulouse City
Pros:

Great location
Room was basic but very clean
Complimentary tea, coffee, water and small pastries was a lovely touch.

Cons:

Lift was out of service so had to use narrow stairwell.

I was ok with this but for others could have causes a problem.

The welcome at 1 am was honestly one of the most warm welcome I got from a hotel. Staff were always smiling and ready to help. I just felt at home.

ASCENSORE NON FUNZIONSNTE: eravamo AL SETTIMO PIANO. Camera in in sottotetto con finestra che non si apriva e senza frigobar. Il personale è stato gentile e ci ha aiutato con i bagagli, ma nel complesso camera e servizi no da da quattro stelle.

Vicinissimo al centro ma fuori dal caos. Maria della reception è stata professionale e super gentile. Ci ha spiegato tutto benissimo in italiano e ci ha portato anche in camera i bagagli perche non funzionava ascensore
