J’ai séjourné dans votre hôtel la semaine dernière avec ma sœur, et j’ai beaucoup apprécié la manière dont vous accueillez et traitez vos clients.
Je suis revenue cette semaine, cette fois-ci seule, et j’ai été encore une fois très heureuse de mon séjour. Votre gentillesse, votre accueil et votre façon de prendre soin des clients m’ont vraiment touchée et resteront gravés dans ma mémoire.
Je tiens également à remercier toute votre équipe : les responsables, le personnel de ménage et toutes les personnes qui travaillent dans l’hôtel. J’aurais aimé citer tout le monde par leur prénom, mais je ne me souviens malheureusement que d’un seul : Maiva😍, avec qui j’ai même pris une photo. Je tiens particulièrement à la remercier pour sa gentillesse.
Un simple « merci » ne suffit vraiment pas pour exprimer ma gratitude envers vous. Je suis repartie très heureuse et sereine, avec une très belle impression de votre établissement et de toute votre équipe.
À chaque fois que je viendrai à Nice, je serai très heureuse de revenir dans votre hôtel. Je m’y sens bien, accueillie et surtout très à l’aise.

Mukava henkilökunta, moderni huone ja hyvä sijainti. Plussaa yhteisessä käytössä olevasta kattoterassista
Huone oli todella pieni eikä siellä ollut paljonkaan laskutilaa tavaroille. Onneksi meillä oli mukana vain pienet matkalaukut. Aamupala oli melko yksitoikkoinen, olisin toivonut enemmän vaihtoehtoja ja vaihtelua. Kaiken kaikkiaan majoituksen hinta ei mielestäni oikein kohdannut tason kanssa.
