Overpriced stay with dated facilities, limited pool space, and rather impersonal service.
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located, but this is Bangkok—so you should still expect at least 30 minutes to reach most places by Grab, simply because the city is so large and spread out.

I really appreciated the pool, especially given how intense the heat can be. However, there were not enough sunbeds, which was a bit disappointing since spending time in the room isn’t ideal in such weather. The breakfast was okay overall.

Regarding service, I have to be honest—it felt rather impersonal and sometimes unfriendly, particularly in the restaurant, where I was asked for my room number multiple times despite already providing it upon entry. In general, the service felt a bit cold.

On the positive side, I had a great room with a nice view, which was definitely a highlight. That said, the hotel feels a bit dated, especially noticeable in the pool area.

Overall, the stay was okay, but looking back, I would say it was somewhat overpriced considering the experience.

1. The pool area lacks sufficient sunbeds, which is frustrating given the heat and the need to spend time outside the room. The breakfast was only average.

Manager awful.i slipped anfellbaflu on the shower and called for help and maget would not help me to get to hospital but demanded 500 Bhat for cleaning.Srcondly, my expensive room had 4 a/c unit s out side.it. Manager changed my room. I found out later that it was policy to give this room to booking agency's cidtomers
