Beautiful island, beautiful property!
Pros:

The location is breathtaking; the property is aesthetically marvelous. The food at the pool bar is excellent. All the staff were lovely and helpful.

Cons:

I found a few things that I thought were lacking:
1. there was nowhere to put my things in the bathroom.
2. there was no space between the open door of the closet and the nightstand; I had to move the nightstand.
When aesthetics meet function, there is an effortless sense of style that equates to a flawless stay.
3. The paths to the rooms are extremely steep. I had to take my shoes off so I wouldn’t slip. I tried not to go to the room, even when I needed something.
4. The main restaurant needs some attention. The staff is wonderful. The food was ok and the wait was quite lengthy.

I hope these comments help this lovely property and its wonderful staff make the few necessary adjustments to make their guests’ stay effortless.

Pros:

Une expérience incroyable, des vues à couper le souffle, les termes avec un parcours adapté et un système de réservation permettant d'être presque seuls. Le personnel aux petits soins et toujours à disposition pour donner des recommendations de visite sur l'île. Petit-déjeuner au soleil excellent (même les goëlands en sont friands :) ). Chambre spacieuse avec une jolie terrasse donnant sur la mer.

Wonderful atmosphere and service
Pros:

A beautiful property in an exceptional setting, with very warm service and a memorable atmosphere. Loved the cocktails at the bar, the food and wine.

Cons:

A few details felt slightly tired for a five-star hotel. Our towel rack and toilet paper holder showed visible rust, which stood out at this level. The room doors also only had an exterior pull handle, causing them to slam quite loudly, and noise from neighboring room’s doors carried more than expected.

Per alcune cose mi aspettavo di piu
Pros:

Il panorama e' splendido.
C'e' una bella atmosfera sia di giorno che di sera.
Il bar la Torre ha bellissimi tavoli ed ombrelloni sotto la torre principale
Il Ristorante la Torre serve ottimo cibo
Ottima assistenza nella zona piscina, in generale tutto il personale dell'hotel segue con estrema attenzione le esigenze dei clienti

Cons:

Prenotato stanza Superior vista mare ma aveva una finestra piccola, con tavolino davanti, quindi difficilmente raggiungibile.
Arredamento della stanza molto basico.
La stanza non era nella struttura principale ma in una depandance.
Piuttosto scarso il livello della stanza in proporzione all importo pagato.
Anche la colazione sotto le aspettative, non particolarmente ricca ed i prodotti non spiccavano in qualita. Sull isola si mangia molto meglio di cosi.
Ottimo il cibo ed il servizio del ristorante la Torre, ma per l'arredamento si poteva fare di piu.
