Pros:

Great breakfast options. Pool area was very clean, room was super comfortable. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Overall, a fabulous experience. Will stay again next time we are in the area.

When we checked in we were given a key to a room that already had people in it. Clerk was good

The location , the room was clean

Cons:

That we were sent to the highest floor and the room that was farthest when my dad uses a walker because of his stroke and all that walking was to much for him .
Second, that they set up a family of I dont know how many kids that cried , yelled and ran all night.
Third , Breakfast person attending was dragging and always running out of everything and there were just 3 tables when we were there.

They charged me $50.00 for my service dog & emotional support animal. They did this after I checked out. I want a full refund.
