Lovely, stylish hotel close to the local amenities.
Pros:

Comfortable, stylish room. Plenty of space to relax and a space to work.

Cons:

Would like a bit more storage space in bathroom for my own toiletries.

Disappointed
Pros:

Location...superb for sightseeing/ahopping and only 10 minutesby car ro BristolTemple Meads Train Parkway...lots of parking and area quiet despite being just off the high street.

Cons:

Room was dirty stauned walls , dust every where ledges/telephibe/desk/ cistern top was grimey and the quilt cover had a mark on it and including bedding we had to complain twice as no management on site over the weekend.
We sat in the lounge as we were able to until 1430 on Saturday but found the table sticky...book stuck firmly to the top...the wall under the coffee machine was absolutely grubby and stained.. This made us look more carefully at our surroundings and the hotel is in need of refreshing and better cleaning staff as they so a mediocre job of cleaning
The hotel had an event on which we were called and advided on but we were not advised that the facilities of the hotel was closed to hotel users so no access to bar or restaurant
For a 4* hotel it was far from it, however upon leaving the hotel we met with a Manager who like the receptionists listened to us and promised changes and also made compensation for our poor stay aa they didn't want us to leave unheard. Thank you Miguel as we said with better cleaning, a refresh and better communication would make this hotel what we expected.

Great - it was lovely to stay in an independent hotel instead of a chain
Pros:

The location is amazing. It was especially good to have a lock-up car park right in the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely atmosphere with original art work and unusual furnishings. Easy to spend time there.
Pros:

Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Real coffee and tea in the rooms and a sip of sherry much appreciated. Secret garden was lovely in the sunshine.

Cons:

Be aware of private parties in case the restaurant is closed or noisy.

A real Hotel treat, tucked away in Bristol.
Pros:

Wonderful hotel tucked away in Berkeley Square. Quite a small double room but beautifully dressed and felt very boutique which easily made up for it.
Gorgeous bar area leading to a very elegant and rustic garden.
Staff were lovely and very accomodating.
Not a fan of the usual sterile hotel experience so this one was a real treat.

Comfortable Stay in Bristol.
Pros:

Property was located in a lovely area with lift access and food facilities on site. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great, a comfortable bed with exceptional products and I enjoyed the option of the mini bar! Attentive to detail, including a fan when we stayed during a heatwave and was lifesaving! Would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel, helpful staff, good location.
Pros:

Noah at the front desk was incredibly helpful when we booked our stay for the wrong night. He had us sorted within a short 15 minutes.

Cons:

Aircon is available in the hallways but not the rooms. We had 2 fans that really helped but of course aircon would be best.

One of the best places we've been to as a couple
Pros:

I'd like to extend my thanks to everyone at the hotel crew, we had such a lovely time. Rooms are always clean and smelling fresh. But what stands the most is how helpful, professional and welcoming.
Thanks again

Grand!
Pros:

Dining room, terrace outside

Cons:

Room was tiny and it didn't help to know it was a single occupancy room. Also hated that the bed was up against a wall.
