Great location, staff were friendly, ground floor common area & breakfast room are nice and clean.
Property needs updating: corridors & staircases are dingy. The room facilities need updating- hairdryer wasn't working properly & no plug near the mirror to look while using hairdryer. The shower was awkwardly uncomfortable- the cubicle has narrow glass entrance, the showeehead was flimsy & the heated towelrack wasn't working. The bed & pillows were uncomfortable. Importantly, the room was cold at night as the heating was turned off centrally (shockingly! It is only March with under 10 degrees during nighttime) & the bedding was very thin.

Ideal location for visiting sights and lots of places to eat nearby. Lovely Georgian square. Staff especially Grace on reception were friendly and helpful. Generous portions for breakfast.
