Great Find
Pros:

Great location, welcoming helpful staff. Compact well designed rooms with good facilities. We both slept well, the room was the perfect temperature. The breakfast was tasty and well cooked with plenty of choice. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Stylish and friendly boutique hotel
Pros:

Such a stylish little hotel! The look and colour scheme and general design is lovely, there lots of cosy little details in the room, the staff were all friendly and super helpful and attentive, and it was a lovely stay. I'll be back for sure.

Cons:

Nothing - it was all great.

Cute, friendly, great location. I felt like we were in Bridgerton.
Pros:

The location was fantastic for our needs; rooms were lovely, very comfortable and staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast staff were not as attentive as I would have expected, and we were disappointed at how early the hotel bar was closing. The WiFi died for an hour (I saw the router flashing in my room).

It was ok but I wouldn’t go there again
Pros:

Location was good - staff were friendly

Cons:

No phone working in the room. Cold room heater didn’t work. Room service limited to timings- windows need double glazing. Bedding limited and towels limited- didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel!

Cosy nights stay in Bristol
Pros:

The bathroom was lovely with a good shower and bath, the bed was comfortable, and they also had nice coffee and tea. There was a nice little table and sofa in the room which was useful. The staff were friendly and welcoming and helpful about parking advice. They also had conditioner and moisturiser available in the bathroom along with the standard shower gel, which was a nice surprise. The hotel seemed to be well located for restaurants and the city center access.

Cons:

They provided a cafetiere, but it was a bit broken, so the coffee grounds would end up in the coffee, but it still made nice coffee. The room was a little small but functional and sound from downstairs travels very easily through the window ( I was on the first floor). Parking wasn't really available at the property ( was full and the rest of the bays were only short term parking) there is a large multistory nearby, though, still a bit of an annoyance.
