Really nice room, super comfy bedding, window was open for breeze, good refreshments, really nice lounge downstairs, bathroom was great for bathing and showering. It was such a nice stay and plenty of parking too.
The staff were okay, not 10/10 service but just okay.
Very quirky but clean and well
Located ~ can’t go wrong !
Nothing at all
The bed was very comfortable! The room is fine but the tub is hard to use (get in and out), the sink is tiny and there is draft coming in through the windows. The staff is very pleasant and helpful! The hotel bar was also very pleasant.
The room was not clean or throughly cleaned daily.
Clean, quirky, good location, boutique vibe
Smallest hotel room ever. Cute, cozy, and well designed, but at the very limit of size.
Clean and modern
Doors were tricky to open
We loved the location of the hotel. The hotel, the room and bathroom are very pretty and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also very good and staff are great.
The rooms are slightly on the small side and the double beds are slightly smaller than usual.
Very nice hotel, very nice and quiet location
The location was perfect for the city and Clifton.
The room was small and an odd shape. Desperately in need of an update. The chair in the room was dirty.
Generally a bit shabby.
Quiet room, comfy clean bed and pillows, fab toiletries and big white fluffy towels. Coffee, tea, biscuits, fruit, fresh milk & sherry , what more do you need !
Nothing
Meget god beliggenhed i stille omgivelser men stadig tæt på havneområdet.
Ventede længe på den varme morgenmadsanretning.
On the positive side, the room was clean and tidy, with thoughtful touches like fresh fruit and a small bottle of Bristol Cream liqueur. The standout feature, though, was the reception staff—exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful throughout the stay.
We had a decent stay overall at the Berkeley Square Hotel in Bristol. It’s an older building with some visible wear and tear, and you can hear guests in the adjacent rooms, but the central location is a big plus. Parking is available on-site at £17 per day, which is convenient. Being close to a main road does mean street noise—and noisy “party” guests downstairs outside on the road vaping/smoking - especially since the rooms can get quite stuffy and there’s no air conditioning, so we had to keep the windows open. There is a fan provided, but it’s very loud
Le confort de la chambre
Le petit déjeuner
Mais surtout le personnel qui a été d’une extrême douceur et empathie à mon égard suite à une tragédie personnelle
