Am Wochenende war es von den Festlichkeiten im Untergeschoss ziemlich laut.

My only gripe is that there is not enough space for breakfast. Food was fine but there were not enough tables for guests staying there. I took up a table that had been set up outside the main breakfast room, only to be moved off as it had been reserved. Without any reservation sign. Staff were very nice but clearly rushed off their feet
Very cosy and comfortable room with very little external noise. Good in room tea and coffee making facilities. The welcome drink and fruit in the room were a nice touch when travelling.
Other guests on the floor were making a lot of noise in the corridor at midnight, which really disturbed my sleep. Not the hotel's fault, but was annoying.
Within walking distance of the city centre, harbour side and Cabots Circus. Small period hotel with nice restaurant and bar. Parking is available in the hotel garage nearby but is chargeable. Staff were very pleasant.
Parking was £17 but it was until 2pm the next day. Parking is available publicly on the square, but it is on a meter and quite expensive.
Last minute hotel but was an excellent choice. Friendly lovely clean and great staff. We booked this last minute and glad we did.

Ottima colazione. Pulizia in generale. Ambiente curato e tradizionale. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
Diversamente dalle foto condivise, la mia stanza era veramente piccola. Inoltre il riscaldamento non funzionava e quindi mi hanno dato una stufetta ad olio. Mentre ero in camera una addetta del desk ha provato ad entrare senza neanche bussare.
Lovely room, conveniently located in easy walking distance, fab option for parking and very lovely staff.
Radiator in room was unable to be turned down - we tried thermostat which did not work, might’ve forgotten to mention to staff (sorry!)
We decided to leave windows open and was comfortable enough!
The staff were really helpful and quick to respond. The bathroom was really fresh, clean and modern. Breakfast was nice, a good standard selection. There was some gluten free toast and cereal. Some of the main breakfast buffet was gluten free (if you are not worried about cross contamination) available for breakfast which was appreciated. Very comfy bed and very clean room.
There could be more choice, like some pastries or better quality bread, for the gluten free breakfast, to make it the same value for money as the main breakfast. Some features were a bit dated like the carpet & window.
The details in the room were fabulous, I loved the character of the place, the super comfy bed, overall: I had a super cosy room with lots of character; breakfast was great too, location, staff ... I can't fault it, I simply had a wonderful stay in Bristol at this hotel :)
As a woman solo traveller, this hotel made me feel very safe. Especially Noah, with an excellent customer service. I will be back and I will recommend to anyone. See you soon
