Friendly and cosy place to stay
Pros:

Stunning refurb, feels super homely instead of the normal vibe of a chain hotel. Staff are super warm and friendly, in particular Noah, Chloe, Charlotte and Miguel

Bonita pero diminuta y con muchísimo ruido. No compensa. Entra por los ojos.
Pros:

Best option for fun weekend break
Pros:

Absolutely perfect for a weekend stay. Bristol can be very expensive and this was good value in a lovely Georgian hotel in a great location. I stayed in a 'cosy' room and this was the best use of a small space I've ever come across. Staff were really friendly, and cleanliness and decoration were both top end.

Pros:

Lovely location, friendly and helpful staff. Pretty room with view for solo traveller. Vey reasonable price. Attentive service without being pushy

Cons:

Room was very noisy - church bells every hour was a bearable example; noisy radiator and boiler and mechanical noise from heater / boiler was intrusive and disturbs my sleep
