Good overnight stay! Excellent customer service!

Good location. Large rooms!

Cons:

Clean. Great staff. Especially Cal, he said he was fairly new, but he certainly has the right personality for the service industry. Greeted everyone with a smile and by name which was a nice touch!

We had a great time! We would definitely stay here again
Pros:

It was a great location for things were we doing in the area. The room was clean and comfortable beds. The shuttle to the casino was a great service! The gentleman driver was great and personable.

Cons:

Not that it was a big problem, but the phone didn’t work. The cords are shot. When we went to call the front desk to ask a question we had to use our phones and look up the number.

MOLD, MILDEW, UNSAFE CONDITIONS
Pros:

DO NOT STAY HERE. This is a dungeon, not the Fairfield Marriott shown in the pictures.
My granddaughter encountered overwhelming mildew, cigarette and chemical odors, along with what appeared to be mold in the shower. Within minutes she was having difficulty breathing, feared a severe allergic reaction, and did not feel SAFE remaining there.
The front desk apologized profusely, assured her she WOULD NOT BE CHARGED, handed her a receipt showing $0.00, AND Fairfield emailed her the same $0.00 receipt.
Then they charged her anyway.
When she questioned it, manager Katie told her she should have asked them to spray bleach to address the mold. Katie also blamed her for not requesting another room—even though the front desk never offered one.
Katie, someone who is already struggling to breathe should not be expected to remain in a room while bleach and additional chemicals are sprayed.
This property needs a serious health and safety inspection. Guests deserve clean air, clean rooms, and management that honors what its own hotel puts in writing.
