Staff wonderfully accommodating especially Donna at the front desk-she is lovely!!😊
Pros:

Shuttle services to and from hotel to casino was so convenient!!

Cons:

The only thing I have to mention is that exterior noise in halls,outside parking areas and other rooms pretty evident, heard in our room, but luckily it was not overwhelming.
