DO NOT STAY HERE. This is a dungeon, not the Fairfield Marriott shown in the pictures.
My granddaughter encountered overwhelming mildew, cigarette and chemical odors, along with what appeared to be mold in the shower. Within minutes she was having difficulty breathing, feared a severe allergic reaction, and did not feel SAFE remaining there.
The front desk apologized profusely, assured her she WOULD NOT BE CHARGED, handed her a receipt showing $0.00, AND Fairfield emailed her the same $0.00 receipt.
Then they charged her anyway.
When she questioned it, manager Katie told her she should have asked them to spray bleach to address the mold. Katie also blamed her for not requesting another room—even though the front desk never offered one.
Katie, someone who is already struggling to breathe should not be expected to remain in a room while bleach and additional chemicals are sprayed.
This property needs a serious health and safety inspection. Guests deserve clean air, clean rooms, and management that honors what its own hotel puts in writing.
The location was perfect especially for both winery and casinos with free shuttle service every ten mins to Mohegan Sun.
Rooms were neat and clean, complimentary breakfast was awesome!

Horrible place ever
The room was very clean .
It Was Close To Our Destination
The A/C In 1 Of Our Rooms Smelled Of Mildew When It Was On. There Were Water Pockets Above The Pool That Burst & Spilled Brown Water. The Pool Area Needs Major Maintenance As Far As Structure & Cleanliness. 1 Of The Associates Was Cursing Loudly In The Lobby While Speaking To 2 Other Guests. The Same Associate Kept Using Pet Names When Speaking To Both My Husband & I.
Location.
The bathroom caulking was terrible. Bathroom floor was uneven. Bed skirt look like something chewed a hole through it. The AC wasn’t functioning correctly. The breakfast was a disaster. So many people and staff not keeping up with hot food. The pool was unsafe as the handles going into the pool was loose and looked like it had been held together by silly puddy. way to expensive for the price. Very mediocre stay.
I loved the warmed welcome I received when my daughter and I walked in. Elizabeth (at the front desk) was just AMAZiNG and truly EXCEPTIONAL)We felt extra special!
Hhhhhhmmmmmmmm! No bottled water in the room as a courtesy. There was tea bags and coffee but no water.
Very clean, comfortable and great location for our needs.
Walls are thin! I heard loud talking and noises from other rooms all night. My husband slept fine but I’m a light sleeper.
