Very mediocre

Location.

Cons:

The bathroom caulking was terrible. Bathroom floor was uneven. Bed skirt look like something chewed a hole through it. The AC wasn’t functioning correctly. The breakfast was a disaster. So many people and staff not keeping up with hot food. The pool was unsafe as the handles going into the pool was loose and looked like it had been held together by silly puddy. way to expensive for the price. Very mediocre stay.

My stay was ABSOLUTELY and EXTREMELY FABULOUS! !!!! I’m looking forward to my next stay!
Pros:

I loved the warmed welcome I received when my daughter and I walked in. Elizabeth (at the front desk) was just AMAZiNG and truly EXCEPTIONAL)We felt extra special!

Cons:

Hhhhhhmmmmmmmm! No bottled water in the room as a courtesy. There was tea bags and coffee but no water.

Very clean, comfortable and great location for our needs.

Cons:

Walls are thin! I heard loud talking and noises from other rooms all night. My husband slept fine but I’m a light sleeper.

The front desk staff weren’t really helpful and made my experience worrying as the mishandled my payment issues by double charging me for my stay.

Could have been a great place to stay

Love how close this was to the Mohegan sun. Quick check in process and place was clean

Cons:

We had no hot water in the morning to take a shower even though we let the water run for over 15 minutes. I did call the hotel and was told that being our room was on the opposite side of where the boiler is located that it takes time for the hot water to travel. I ask to be compensated and was also told since I booked with a 3rd party there is nothing they could do.

Pros:

My first stay at this location. I arrived early on a Sunday morning when the hotel was packed and extremely busy with check outs. I did not expect to check in, only leave my bags to go explore Mystic CT. Both front desk agents, Katie Walker and Elizabeth Marin could not have been more welcoming and kind. They apologized profusely for not having any rooms immediately available, as most were not cleaned as yet. I went on my way and received a call less than an hour later, my room was available. During my whole trip they were helpful and friendly, giving me a big hello every morning. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean, a tad dated but comfortable nevertheless. A little bit further from downtown Mystic than I would prefer. They offer free shuttles to Mohegan Sun from 4pm to midnight. Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel and high marks to the ladies.
