beautiful room with air con and a balcony, breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and the staff were so lovely and helpful. Definitely book an hour in the spa

Excelente y con oportunidades de mejora menores pero importantes.

Buena atención, comodidad, amenidades y decoración.

Cons:

La ducha no cuenta con barandas de seguridad para entrar y salir de ella, lo que hace peligroso su uso, especialmemte, teniendo en cuenta que se encuentra dentro de la tina y que esta última tiene piso resbaloso y se encuentra a diferente altura del piso del resto del baño. Requiere pronta renovación del mesón del baño.

Pros:

Stayed at Hotel Delgj Aranci for 5 nights while visiting Rome. Can't complain staff are 24hours at the desk, cleaners come every morning. Hotel room was lovely and clean, bed comfy. From the hotel you are able to grab the bus into 'city center' could walk it but decided against due to the heat. Breakfast was lovely, have a good options of bacon,sausage and scrambled eggs, pastry's.

Excelente custo benefício, quarto muito bom e bom café da manhã já incluso

Cons:

São muito engessados quanto à horários. Nada que foge do padrão é permitido e, como viajei com uma bebê, as vezes uma hora a mais ou a menos pro check in ou check out e um berço no quarto são gentilezas comuns em outros hotéis. Nesse caso, não. Tudo que fugir do trivial não é bem vindo por eles e pela equipe. Não estão errados e são muito corretos, mas pra ganhar uma nota 10 pro cliente eu penso que deve-se fazer mais do que o prometido.
