Very comfortable and convenient
Pros:

It was very convenient to down town and the parkrun I had planned to run.

Pros:

Room was very nice and quite large. The fridge, microwave and coffee maker were very nice to have. The breakfasts were good and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

I would have preferred curtains or blinds on the 2 doors to the parking lot. They didnt close completely when the ties were undone and therefore the light came in in the morning.

Great location, stayed 3 nights. Have stayed here before and would again in the future.
Pros:

Great location to Bayers Lake shopping and restaurants. Clean room, towels were to the fluffier side. Staff were friendly and pleasant. We did not take part in the continental breakfast as my husband is not a fan of such. So we visited elsewhere for breakfast. Our bed was very comfortable. Very quiet hotel.

Cons:

Nothing that I can think of.

I’m glad I chose this hotel.
Pros:

My room was spacious and well organized. The hotel was in good condition. I found it quiet despite the fact that it was probably full. The breakfast surpassed my expectations!

Cons:

It was a little tricky to get there and to leave because if the boulevard.

A clean, comfy stay
Pros:

A great stay! The beds were comfy, and the staff were very friendly. Don't go into it expecting a 5 star resort, it isnt that and it also isnt priced like that. A great value for money. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfy! My kids loved the little pool as well, a great way to entertain the kids during the evening and an unexpected treat in such a small hotel. Id stay here again!

Cons:

Not much of a view, and the location is pretty industrial but its fairly close to everything so those complaints are mild.

staff sucks
Pros:

i liked the big tv and the nice room.

Cons:

the staff was horrible. the walls are paper thin so you can hear every single pin drop. we got “upgraded” to a main floor room but it was directly across from all management. we were out the entire day and when we got home we literally laughed and they came knocking on the door seconds later complaining of noise. so now people aren’t allowed to laugh? at a place you pay for? incredibly weird staff.

Enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Was pleasantly surprise, after reading all sort of reviews. We had a big room. It’s a bit outdated, but was very clean and comfortable. Lots of parking spaces. Pool was clean but we didn’t go. Breakfast was continental style but had lots of choices and fresh fruits. Staff was very friendly, specially the young lady who looked after us. I’m sorry I didn’t wrote her name down. We would go back.
