The interior design was nice, the staff was very friendly, it was well connected to the city centre by metro line M2.
The hotel was clean, the breakfast was exceptional.
A bit renovation would be needed.

Valuto in base anche al prezzo pagato e ai servizi offerti. ho preso con le mie amiche 4 camere, una familiare e tre triple. la familiare era veramente spaziosa perche i letti sono in due camere diverse ma comunicanti, ci siamo trovate benissimo! le triple: una era grande (tant'è che abbiamo potuto aggiungere un letto), le altre due piccole, quindi magari al momento della prenotazione se si ha esigenza di piu spazio è preferibile richiederlo alla struttura. ma almeno, per la mia familiare, ho trovato molto comfort. probabilmente la struttura è da ammodernare. Per la colazione: avevo letto molte recensioni negative ed ero preoccupata, ma io ho ampiamente mangiato, ovvio non è un buffet a 5 stelle ma c'è un po' di tutto, dolce e salato, qualcosa comunque mangi e bevi. posizione: a piedi si raggiunge facilmente la metro vicina, ma se ti va di camminare si può raggiungere il new york cafè a piedi e persino la ruota panoramica. Grande gentilezza dello staff, a disposizione h24; inoltre, giorno della partenza, ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli custoditi sino a tardo pomeriggio e abbiamo usufruito anche dei servizi igienici oltre che delle poltrone per attendere l'orario giusto per andarcene. per me complessivamente una buona esperienza.
la zona è quella della stazione per cui di sera potrebbe essere facile incontrare non belle facce. spostandosi con Bolt o Uber e facendosi lasciare almeno di notte proprio fuori l'albergo, è la soluzione migliore. ma devo dire che il quartiere però non mi ha creato minimamente disagio. Effettivamente la colazione potrebbe essere migliorata e le camere ammodernate.

I wanted to share a few areas needing improvement. The room felt poorly furnished and uninspired in its design. Additionally, the breakfast offering was entirely European, lacking the cultural variety needed to accommodate international guests (especially as Muslims)
La recepcionista fue muy amable. Los colchones no estan mal.
El desayuno un poco escaso, no hay variedad, ni tienen los utensilios necesarios para que se nos haga facil servirlos. Por ejemplo, para las mermeladas no hay un envase pequeño donde colocarlas, sino un plato o en el bol de los cereales. La ducha es un cuadrado que tiene un cuarto de puerta corrediza y casi no entro, y que conste que no soy gorda, pero tengo mucho pecho. Eso me parecio indignante.
