Important information:

We will be renovating various apartments on the complex from 21/04/25 until 30/06/25 inclusive.
The renovation works will be from 09:00h until 17:00h Monday to Friday and there may be noise disturbance during these hours.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Avantaje si dezavantaje
Pros:

Apartamentul este extrem de spatios, cu o terasa foarte mare si o vedere laterala frumoasa catre mare. Bucataria este bine dotata cu tot ce este necesar pentru o vacanta, iar masina de spalat a fost foarte utila dupa zilele petrecute la plaja.

Locatia este buna, aproape de supermarketuri si restaurante. Recomand in mod special pizzeria Calabria Mia. Aqualand se afla la doar cativa pasi, iar pana la Siam Park se ajunge in aproximativ 20 de minute de mers pe jos.

Cea mai apropiata plaja este Torviscas, o plaja foarte frumoasa, aflata la aproximativ 20 de minute de mers pe jos. Drumul de intoarcere este ceva mai dificil din cauza pantei, insa se poate lua usor un taxi, care costa aproximativ 5 euro de la plaja Torviscas.

Apartamentul nu are aer conditionat, dar, daca aveti probleme cu caldura, se poate inchiria un aparat de aer conditionat mobil. Proprietatea recomanda un furnizor extern, iar noi am platit 120 de euro pentru 13 nopti.

Ca puncte mai putin placute, ar fi necesare reguli mai clare privind linistea. In apartamentele mai mici si mai ieftine, situate deasupra celor cu terasa mare, au fost cazati uneori turisti foarte galagiosi. Din cele 14 nopti, in aproximativ patru nopti am avut probleme cu zgomotul. La inceput au fost cativa tineri care ascultau muzica tare, iar in ultimele doua nopti o familie foarte zgomotoasa, care tipa si se certa. Intr-una dintre nopti am fost treziti in jurul orei 2:00 din cauza unei situatii legate de pierderea cheilor.

Cred ca aceasta problema este legata si de faptul ca receptia si paza se inchid la ora 17:30, astfel incat seara si noaptea nu exista personal care sa intervina atunci cand apar astfel de situatii.

Apartamentul ar avea nevoie si de o renovare minima. Unele usi erau deteriorate, iar peretii din dormitor si de pe terasa erau murdari.

Cons:

Am scris mai sus de ce nu am dat scor maxim - turisti galagiosi fara interventie in anumite apartamente.

Pros:

We had a 2 bedroom bungalow and it was so peaceful and quiet. Bonus it came with a hot tub which was great. It was clean and spacious. Had plenty of towels both for use after the shower and the hot tub which was great. All the amenities you would need were in the room.

Cons:

There were no negatives about the property.

Perfect stay in Adeje
Pros:

We stayed here as a group of friends and had the best time. The ocean views are spectacular, there’s a few pools to enjoy also, more of them than not you can claim one for yourself. The apartment is very big, there’s no AC which is worth noting, but there are fans and it actually doesn’t get that hot inside. The terrace was a lovely addition and the location is also superb. It’s also so close to Siam park and Las Americas. Will definitely be back.

Cons:

Lack of the AC but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

Pros:

Everything location was literally 15-20 minutes walk down road from everything in Costa Adeje and about 40 minutes walk to las Americas the property was super clean and just like the photo we were right next to the pool added bonus but the views from this place was amazing the sunsets were beautiful we loved everything about this property! Plus the staff were amazing constantly kept in contact when we were having problems landing but Fátima was amazing and was super friendly and helpful! Thank you for an amazing holiday! :)

Cons:

Cockroach’s but it’s not the properties fault they are practically all around the island plus the property give you spray to get rid of them which works amazingly we also couldn’t find a main bin to put the rubbish from our room but that was our fault for not asking but we really did love everything would definitely come back! :)

Muy difícil dormir
Pros:

El personal, limpieza, ubicación, instalaciones, habitación y el propio apartamento individual....Todo un 10

Cons:

No es de recibo que en un complejo vacacional a las 6 d la mañana se ponga en funcionamiento una cascada que lo único que hace a esas horas es dar por saco. Si no descansas bien ... Sólo por esto mi puntuación general no es buena.

5 stars stay at Haciendas
Pros:

We had a fabulous stay at Haciendas Village from day one, till our departure. Our apartment for 6 people was nice, bright and spacious, with large terrace and sea view, where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets and morning breakfasts alfresco. Kitchen is very well equipped, and during our 7 days stay got our towels and bed sheets changed a few times. In the evenings, after the beach, we enjoyed cool dips in one of 3 swimming pools, the main one is with heated water, which was divine after all day in the sun. There is a few grocery shops 5 minutes walk down the road, and about 15 minutes stroll to Fañabe beach. We would like to thank Haciendas Village super friendly staff, for their warm welcome on our first day, and for kindly extending our stay on our last day, which we were very grateful for, as our flight back home was at 20.00. Five stars for all hardworking staff at Haciendas, for making our stay unforgettable. Highly recommending this place for anyone looking for great quality stay at affordable prices and with amazing views of Adeje.

Pros:

Everything about the place was Great. Only 10/15 mins walk to the nightlife and plenty of restaurants nearby, quiet enough to get a good sleep yet not far from the hustle and bustle. Clean and warm pool and accommodation was spotless and modern. Loads of space on the to sit outside too and always able to get a sun lounger.

Cons:

Only issue was no Aircon. But a fan was provided.

Fabulous stay
Pros:

Excellent stay all amenities in the apartment, very clean and well presented.we stopped in 221B which is located near a pool they is 3 to choose from in different locations,The apartment was an excellent stay few minutes to the supermarkets, restaurants and bar/coffee shops.10 to 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach. If you take a taxi 4 to 5 euros which takes 2/minutes. We will be booking again.

We liked everything about it.

Csodálatos apartman fantasztikus panorámával Costa Adeje-n
Pros:

Rendkívül tiszta, jól felszerelt apartmant kaptunk, pont ahogy a leirasban szerepelt. Érkezéskor asvanyviz, kv, tea bekeszitessel kedveskedtek 3 naponta kaptunk teljes takarítást, ágyneműhuzat es törölköző cserével, pedig előzetesen arról tájékoztattak, hogy a 8 napos itt tartózkodás alatt nem lesz takarítás. Kellemes kis teraszunk volt, ahonnan gyönyörű kilátás nyílik a környező hegyoldalra, a komplexumhoz tartozó medencére es az óceánra.
Remek, hogy nagy hűtőszekrény (4 főre bevasaroltunk rendesen és elfért minden), 4 lapos tűzhely, mikró és kávéfőző is van a konyhában. Osszessegeben nagyon elgedetten tavozunk, szívesen visszatérünk maskor is, sőt ajanlani is fogjuk!

Cons:

Rendkívül rossz elozetes tajekoztatast kaptunk a Hacienda pontos címéről es hogy a 3 közül melyik kapun kell megközelíteni a mi apartmanunkat. Konkrétan 40 perc volt bejutni es atvenni a sajatunkat, olyan messzi parkolót küldött a host.
A TV-n csak a helyi kábeltévé fut, nincs osszehangolva a wifivel. Pedig ha ezt megtennék, barki hasznalhatna a tévére telepített YouTube és Netflix csatornákat is. Ennyi főre es ennyi napra keves WC papír bekeszites volt, venni kellett. A kapuk nincsenek folyamatosan zárva, bárki bejöhet és többször lattunk idegeneket a medenceben fürdőzni, a Hacienda recepció zárása után.
Az ágyak matraca nagyon puha es ki van fekudve.
