Important information:

We will be renovating various apartments on the complex from 21/04/25 until 30/06/25 inclusive.
The renovation works will be from 09:00h until 17:00h Monday to Friday and there may be noise disturbance during these hours.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Logement propre et conforme aux photos, mais plusieurs détails importants et une gestion décevante des imprévus ont tern
Pros:

Logement propre, conforme aux photos, avec une agréable terrasse et une vue sur la mer au loin. Parking gratuit et facile à proximité, ainsi que commerces, pharmacie et quelques restaurants accessibles à pied.

Cons:

La literie est à revoir : matelas très creusé et oreillers très durs.
Le canapé-lit est cassé et s’est replié sur nous une fois (problème déjà connu, vu la trace noire présente au sol).

Les indications pour trouver la résidence pourraient être plus précises, car Google Maps et Waze nous ont fait chercher près de 30 minutes.

Le logement manque aussi de produits de base (sel et poivre au minimum).

Enfin, malgré deux longues coupures d’eau (16h–21h puis 8h30–11h30) en moins de 24 heures liées à la Commune, aucune solution n’a été proposée par l’hôte.

Отель залишив дуже приємне враження! Номер був чистим і затишним, на кухні є все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Особливо хочеться відзначити велику терасу з прекрасним видом на океан та гамаком — це було однією з головних переваг нашого номера.

Прибирання проводилося регулярно та дуже якісно. Персонал уважний, доброзичливий і привітний, завжди готовий допомогти. Окрема подяка дівчатам на рецепції за їхню привітність, турботливе ставлення та готовність допомогти гостям.

Cons:

Стан номеру вже не такий новий як на фото. Не завадило б оновити фарбування стін.

Very disappointing stay — the accommodation was not as advertised, with a much smaller terrace than expected and MULTIPL

Very disappointing – would not recommend

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Be very careful when booking the “Extra Large Terrace” option. We specifically booked and paid for a Deluxe 2 Bedroom Apartment with Extra Large Terrace, but the terrace we were given was considerably smaller and very different from the terrace shown in the Booking.com advertisement. We raised this with Reception during our stay, but the issue was not resolved. Make sure you carefully check exactly what terrace you are going to receive before booking, as you may not get what is shown in the photographs.

We also found mould in the bathroom and experienced a wastewater/sewage issue outside the apartment, which caused a very unpleasant smell. I have photographs and videos documenting these issues.

The location is also worth considering. The property is situated up a very steep hill, which we found particularly inconvenient with children, and it is quite far from many main areas and amenities.

I have been visiting Tenerife for over 10 years and have stayed in many different places, but this is by far the worst accommodation experience I have had in Tenerife.

Overall, the accommodation did not meet the standard we expected from the description and photographs when booking. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend thinking carefully before booking this property, particularly families with children or anyone specifically paying extra for the “Extra Large Terrace”.

I would return here, we enjoyed the stay
Pros:

Very clean, everywhere. This is very important for me. The staff was very nice, understanding and helpful. Even if we caught a heat waive in Tenerife, we could sleep very well even without airco.

Cons:

Sometimes finding a parking slot on the street is difficult.

Pros:

Tiszta volt, minden volt benne amire szükségünk volt. A személyzet mindennap hozott tiszta törülközőt, és ha volt mosatlan edény, azt is rendbe tették.
Nem volt hangoskodás, és a medence is tiszta volt.

The rooms were clean and the view was good.

The cleaning staff were very nice.

Local taxis were a god send.

Nice Italian across the road.

Cons:

It's genuinely on a mountain, if you're old or physically impaired think again, no air conditioning just fans, theres no staff past 5 o clock which meant people swimming at all hours through the night even though the pool is supposed to close at 6.

No security staff, we had a rowdy crowd at the pool one night that came to handbags with another group lots of shouting.

Couch bed was well weathered, rooms could do with a remodeling.

Sizeable gap underneath each external door, see point below.

The rooms were clean but still had visitors (cockroaches, ants and Lizards).

Not my complaint but a woman arrived after hours with her kids and followed the instructions for her key but the room was under someone else's name, need a night porter that can double as a security guard.

Pros:

Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste, świeże. Pełne wyposażenie kuchni, łazienki. Wygodne łóżko

Cons:

Nie podobało mi się to że na basenie pozwalają blokować leżaki ręcznikami. Rano goście rzucają swoje ręczniki na leżakach basenowych i idą robić inne rzeczy, zwiedzać itd. Nie korzystają w danym momencie z basenu. Kilka razy mi się zdarzyło że poszłam z synkiem popływać. Na basenie nie było nikogo lub 2,3 osoby a nie mieliśmy gdzie usiąść czy zostawić nasze rzeczy. Obsługa powinna zbierać te ręczniki.
