The location was excellent. The Stadt Mitte U bahn is just around the corner and there are many dining options within a 5 minute walk of the hotel.
It was not easy to shower without wetting the floor
Air conditioning not working in the hotel rooms. We asked reception to override the central aircon but they couldn’t do it. It was very hot in the rooms and as it’s in a main road impossible to sleep with the door open. In our opinion the hotel should activate their a/c when customers request it

Die Lage ist sehr praktisch;
Auswahl beim Frühstück ist sehr gut und das Personal immer freundlich ansprechbar.
Die Zimmer sind teilweise sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Super Service. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich.
Goede ligging. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Verzorgde ruimtes. Duidelijk te zien dat ze ook niet blijven stilstaan en verfraaiingen doorvoeren. Stille kamers.
Ontbijt is te duur voor wat het is. Wel zeer verzorgt, maar duidelijk dat de prijs gericht is op zakenmensen die het niet zelf dienen te betalen. In de buurt mogelijkheden genoeg om goedkoop te ontbijten
Room was great, very spacious. We liked having the choice between room service or a free drink everyday. People at the reception were very friendly and helpful!
The food in the dinner restaurant was absolutely awful! Worst Burrata I've ever had, and very pricey. Avoid at all cost.
