Everything is perfect except the smell in the bathroom the first day, beds are extreme good, location is just perfect!

Really great location. Around the corner from an underground station, minutes away from Checkpoint Charlie and other tourist attractions. Nice restaurants in the area. A 10 minute walk from Potsdamer train station for getting to/from airport was very convenient! I was able to check in early which was a nice bonus and the lady at the check in desk was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is modern, bright and spacious. The bathrobe and slippers in the room were a nice touch.
My only complaint is I feel there could be an improvement with cleanliness. The curtains in my room were very dirty and visibly stained, I didn’t want to touch them fully to close them. There were also stains on the wall near the bed and the chair was dirty and worn too. I stayed for two nights, my bed was made and my towels replaced but the glasses weren’t cleaned/ spoons not replaced or tissue replenished. It’s not a cheap hotel so this was disappointing.
