La ubicacion del hotel excelente. Las habitaciones cómodas y el desayuno abundante y delicioso. El hotel está ubicado muy cerca de una zona muy linda de Berlin y se puede llegar caminando a muchos sitios de interés. Volvería con gusto !
Todo me gustó pero creo que la limpieza de la habitacion podría ser mejor. Se les olvidó hacer aseo un día a pesar de que lo habíamos solicitado.

Az ágy nagyon kényelmetlen volt. Alig tudtam rajta aludni.
Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. L’hotel è in una posizione molto comoda e abbastanza centrale. Avevamo una camera con il balconcino e il letto king size favoloso! Set di cortesia con caffè e tè esattamente come da descrizione. Colazione buona e abbondante.
Nulla da dire, solo la porta del bagno faceva un pochino fatica a chiudersi.
Hotel bardzo dobrze skomunikowany, popularne atrakcje turystyczne: np. Brama Brandenburska, Checkpoint Charlie, Katedra Berlińska, Alte Nationalgalerie czy Gemande Galerie w zasięgu spaceru, do pozostałych można łatwo dojechać komunikacją miejską - przystanek metra U6 niecałe 100 m od Hotelu. Załoga Hotelu na każdym poziomie nastawiona bardzo życzliwie. Istnieje możliwość pozostawienia bagażu przed zameldowaniem i po wymeldowaniu. Śniadania tak smaczne, urozmaicone i bardzo dobrze zorganizowane, że same w sobie mogą stanowić wystarczający argument za wybraniem tego Hotelu.
Moc oświetlenia w pokoju mogłaby być większa. Lektura wieczorową porą jest mało komfortowa.
The staff was highly professional and accommodating.
Locatie echt perfect, parkeren onder het hotel, vlak bij metro en de juiste lijn om de stad mooi te verkennen, ook met een uber bijvoorbeeld snachts terug heel eenvoudig en niet duur. Hotel kamer, gewoon keurig, douche ook voor de wat langere mensen onder ons perfect. hadden wat problemen met de koelkast maar is perfect opgelost.

Confortable rooms, as expected from the photos. Clean and modern. Good location. The staff are very friendly. Good and varied breakfast. Nice wi-fi.
Minor issues: the shower gel in the bath was hard to use; the view from the room to an inner atrium; in breakfast, the orange juice was kind of artificial.
