Great Stay for visiting Manchester
Pros:

Great View from room. Spotlessly clean, spacious and quiet.
Hassle free check in.
Very Friendly Staff throughout the hotel.
Free parking was great and right beside a Retail Park for shopping and choice of food outlets.
We ate in the hotel and the food was great.

Pros:

The room was adequate although two very bright blue lights either side of the bed disturbed our sleep. Also no aircon which meant the window had to be open all night.

Cons:

Blue lights next to the bed, no aircon and bar staff quite rude. Left drinks at the bar instead of bringing them to the table. Also, breakfast was really tasteless. One of the poorest Ive had.

Great overall. It would be nice to have a drinks room service when not staying for football match

The penthouse room was amazing..

Cons:

The breakfast was a little disappointing. Mushrooms were undercooked and the other food had been left under heat lamps too long, so dried out, and the beans were barely warm.
