This really was an excellent stay. We were a bit apprehensive due to some of the reviews about rooms being tired, so we specifically asked and paid for a refurbished room (40 in total). We also had a pitch view room, which is a unique experience.

Checked in at reception in 10 seconds flat, the same for checking out.

Room spotless, newly refurbished, great shower, comfy bed, can’t ask for anymore than that.

Good location but otherwise a bit disappointing.
Pros:

Very limited gluten free options on the menu and no seperate fryer means no chips for me :-(
Room was tired but single beds were comfy but narrow. Bathroom extractor dead, shower screen leaked by toilet, sink very gurgly.
Otherwise good location and easy to find.

The stay was amazing, I would definitely highly recommend this hotel to anyone, the hotel was very clean and spotless, very bright and airy, comfortable, and the staff were friendly, approachable and helpful when I struggled to open the door, the breakfast was great and it was complimentary too, there was an amazing view of the pitch, I was very pleased with this hotel stay and I will definitely stay again in the future.

Pros:

Booked a pitch view room, it was match day and perfect! The hotel was busy afterwards but it was to be expected. Room was great, had the facilities we needed and a comfy bed. We included breakfast with our stay which was very good, a good decent selection and staff on hand if needed. I would definitely consider booking here again.

Pros:

Arrived at 10am, popped in to register car and offered to see if our rooms were ready so had early check in at no cost.

Hotel had a wedding on later in day but did not notice any noise, room was very quiet allowing for a good nights sleep.

Firstly, I booked a twin pitchside view room. They don’t have pitchside twin rooms. So was moved to another.

I then had (assumedly) housekeeping walk into my room at 8am, and then again at 10am.

Pros:

Very tired looking, staff had no idea what they were doing, breakfast was awfull, had to wait 30 min for any food to be available at all food was then inedible, staff in tears, awful experience, tried to let the main receptionist know, she literally just laughed at me, won't be staying here again, awful experience.
