First time stay. Not bothered about the football. The hotel is excellently placed for travel.
Pros:

The penthouse was lovely and spacious. We ordered room service pizza. Wasn't expecting much. Easily the best pizza I've ever had. Sounds ridiculous I know. It's definitely a must. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and fresh.

Cons:

The WiFi could have done with a bit of a boost and the room needed some glasses to drink from.

Pros:

The food was excellent, the staff were lovely. It was my Birthday and when i got in there there were balloons and chocolates. The lovely lady at Breakfast gave me a hug, I was so touched. Wish people in London would be as friendly. She was the sweetest thing. The pizza's, breakfast, were delicious. There was water to hydrate everywhere.

Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Having recently stayed at a Radison Hotel in Oslo, I found the breakfast disappointing. No fresh fruit. No healthy options and ordinary sliced bread the only option. You can do better.
