New York - like, genuine and habitual lack of comfort. One wants to see, but not to stay.
Pros:

Immaculately clean, privet bathroom, quiet, access to a kitchen and drinking water. Non-official atmosphere. Simplicity of interactions. No shoes needed to walk inside the building.

Cons:

A/C doesn't hold the set temperature. Mattresses are worn to the springs or bad quality. Small room. Steep and small stairsteps. Water pressure and temperature may not be proper from time to time.

Last minute stay
Pros:

Very easy last minute booking and brilliant communication from the staff! The price is fantastic for the area and the bed was super comfy. There was a balcony patio at my room too which was beautiful in the morning!

Cons:

No TV in the room, its only in main downstairs foyer but there are a lot of cool books so, it actually became something I did like as it meant I read in a comfy bed.

Pros:

We had a nice, simple room with a small terrace.

Cons:

We had trouble getting in touch with the property when our flight was severely delayed. We eventually went at 1am and fortunately we were able to access our room. Very grateful for that.

Great deal and place if you just need a place to rest your head for a night or two.
Pros:

The location was amazing. The house, room, and facilities were clean. The AC in the room was amazing.

Cons:

The bed was small and uncomfortable, but not a big deal. I got what I paid for.

A Slice of Brooklyn Charm
Pros:

KLO House was conveniently located, clean, comfortable, and extremely well managed! They were able to hold our bags in a secured location while we explored the city before our check-in time. The Subway is a short walk away, which made it easy to get anywhere in a timely manner. We stayed in room 3 with the private balcony. It was nice to have the extra space to hang out on in the mornings and evenings, when weather allowed. The house is overall comfortable, and they have a shared kitchen with a free water dispenser, which was an absolute lifesaver! The surrounding neighborhood was my favorite part! It was fun to explore the nearby bodegas, restaurants, and bars. I highly recommend Cotton Bean for a phenomenal coffee! Also, Kissa Kissa is a charming jazz bar that is a short walk away from KLO House. 10/10 a fantastic stay! If I ever find myself in the area again, I would not hesitate to book with KLO House.
