Great location, good value, needs to invest in better mattresses.
Pros:

Location and staff were great but the room was small and overpriced for what was offered
Pros:

I chose KLO for the location, which was perfect for my purposes in visiting my son. The staff was very polite and helpful and the room was quite clean.

Cons:

The room was very small and the bathroom was down the hall. This would not have been an issue if I thought it was priced fairly, but it was not. It was same as a nice hotel but substandard when compared to a hotel in Brooklyn.

Excellent value in brownstone Brooklyn

If you're looking for a place to crash, this place is adequate.
Pros:

The location was perfect, as I was going to the BMA.

Cons:

The room was basic, which was fine. The pillows were as flat as pancakes, and duct tape was used to hold up the moulding. Also, someone was talking so loudly in the dining room in the evening that I had to shut the dining room doors to get some quiet. While I think the idea of a rooming house is great, this place needs some work.

Pros:

Nice location in Brooklyn, the room and bathroom were clean and equipped with everything needed for a one-night stay. Rather quiet area and the property was quiet during my stay as well.

Cons:

The walls in the property seem thin, there did not seem to be many guests during my stay but I would imagine that during busier times the rooms may not be as quiet.

Sentir-te com un local a Brooklyn
Pros:

M'he sentit com una local a Brooklyn. La casa està molt ben situada en un barri tranquil, les instal·lacions son netes i la cuina comunitària molt gran. Ha sigut una bona experiència.

Cons:

Tot i que sabia que el bany era fora de l'habitació té les seves limitacions haver de sortir als espais comuns per anar al lavabo, tot i que s'ha de recalcar que el bany era privat, només per a mi, i estava molt ben equipat.
