When people paying to stay at your motel you always make the customer happy. I will never come back there

The room was ok

Cons:

Room 211 The heat didn’t work at all I was freezing in there. It was so bad we left earlier because I couldn’t sleep. The owner was only trying to give us $10 back. When asking about a room they didn’t have no more rooms that we wanted.
