Prachtige locatie, mooi verzorg hotel

Was ideaal qua ligging om alles te voet te kunnen bezoeken..

Cons:

Bij incheck was personeel vriendelijk maar daarbuiten keken ze gewoon niet op als je hotel binnenkomt, een simpele goeiendag moet kunnen.

Eine tolle Stadt und ein sehr schönes Hotel. Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig.
Pros:

Lage: Top, sehr zentrumsnah und trotzdem ruhig, da Seitenstraße; Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig; Reinigung der Zimmer sehr gut; Entfernung zur Metro/ Bahnhof : in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar; Anbindung der Metro zum Flughafen top ( ohne umsteigen ca. 25 min); viele gute Tapas–Bars/Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum im Keller ist nicht ansprechend. Durch die enge Anordung der Tische entsteht ein Kantinencharakter; die Kaffeemaschinen sind veraltet und funktionieren nur nach mehrmaligen Drücken; Brot und Brötchen sind unpraktisch in Behältern mit Deckeln untergebracht; insgesamt alle Lebensmittel sehr eng gelagert; eine Variation beim Obst wäre angebracht (6 Tage immer die 3 gleichen Obstsorten); erster Eindruck der Dach–Terrasse : gelangweilter Kellner mit Blick aufs Handy, aber kein Blick auf umgefallenen Blumentopf (wohlgemerkt: es waren in diesem Moment aber keine Gäste vor Ort)

Nos dieron una habitación de discapacitados sin avisarnos previamente, con los inconvenientes que ello supone: la ducha se salía por todo el suelo del baño con facilidad, el lavabo no tenía espacio suficiente para los efectos de aseo... Lo dijimos al irnos y nos contestaron que daban las habitaciones que tenían (pero yo hice la reserva con mucho tiempo) y que siempre sería así, por lo que dudaremos en volver otra vez
