The room was dirty, there were no plates pots or anything in there you have to request it and then when you go to request it, they tell you that they have none. The best was not true to size. We had to ask the front desk for a chair to go in our room.
I knew we have the room because they say about they say already I booking with Booking.com, but I don’t get the loan no more

The room was dirty. Switched to another room there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector. Bathtub had a hole in it.

Guaranteed 2 beds. Only got a room with 1. No rollaways or even a crib. Not sure how the hotel justified 3 people in a bed for 2…
Yeah, the breakfast was basically just packaged muffins, and some assorted granola bars. Saying breakfast is "included" is a generous statement unless you want just a muffin.
Definitely not a smoke free hotel, smelled like weed when you walk in, smelled like cigarettes down the hall. Didn't like the random guy leaning over the counter while I was checking in, he also had the "sniffles" but a lot of energy so I'm hoping some druggie didn't get my information because the clerk was too complacent to tell them to stop. Overall if you can get a room cheap it's not bad, just manage your expectations. Wifi was terrible.
The full size refrigerater and having some way to prepare some meals. The location was central to a lot of services and places to eat as well and a main freeway. The nice size closet area to hand cloths as well as provided Iron and Ironing board.
When I arrived the parking lot had a lot of trash in aluminum can, plastic bottles and other types of debris. When checking in the clerk could tell me if rooms had been cleaned and had to go hunt down housekeeping ( at 3:00 PM) to see which rooms would be available. Noted were also some rooms that were cleaned still do not have all of the bedding on them.
I believed i booked 2- two beds in room. Instead they were only one bed. Also there was no soft chairs to sit back in. Will never go back to that hotel again.
