Cons:

Minha filha de 4 anos sofreu um acidente durante a estadia, machucando a testa, bochecha e nariz, com sangramento e inchaço. Pedi ajuda na recepção, algo simples como gelo, e o funcionário não demonstrou nenhum interesse em ajudar. Disse que não tinha e mandou eu comprar em uma máquina.
Foi um momento de desespero para nós, e não recebemos nenhuma assistência. Não esperava luxo, apenas o mínimo de empatia diante de uma criança machucada.

Worse than my 2 nd Divorce
Pros:

The place should be demolished and rebuilt . It's too far gone to fix . The smell in the hallways will stay with me forever. There was a one legged lady in elevator full of dirt the last night I was there .

Frightening. Dangerous.
Pros:

This hotel used to be beautiful. It's located in a great area of Long Island, near a lot of offices and businesses in Millville, so it is perfect for when bringing clients into town. There must be some sort of program going on with the government. You have people from social services live in there now, and they are fighting and screaming and doing drugs in the hallway. The entire place reeks of marijuana.

Cons:

I booked this for my father, and I actually had to pick him up and leave the property early because a fight broke out in the hallway and I was afraid for his safety.

Room wasn’t cleaned. Bed was made, but other guests food, room key, food, and used tampons were in the room still. 0 cleaning attempt. I went to rest before a meeting and instead left. I was actually grossed out.
