The room was well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and convenient, The 24 hour available coffee was great.

Cons:

Being next to the freeway, it was a bit noisy with the traffic...not fault of HIExpress.

No freezer in room. Only one handtowel-sized towel rack in bathroom. No robe hooks, shelves, or larger towel racks in BR which was tiny. Wall mounted tv set too low above built-in luggage rack.

The staff were exceptional; friendly, courteous and extremely helpful.

Cons:

We had a difficult time controlling the temperature in our room, which made it uncomfortable at times. It became either too hot or too cold.

Good place for an overnight, but the room may be smaller than expected.
Pros:

Very clean and quiet, beds are comfortable. Staff very helpful and great breakfast. Loved that Holiday Inn Express offers a grab and go at their breakfast buffet.

Cons:

I was surprised the room was small or maybe the wall unit in the room was way to large for the space.... not sure, but it was cramped. I have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express hotels and this room was way smaller than any of those.
