Fatalna obsługa. Pierwszy raz spotkałam się z takim traktowaniem klienta i problemem który pani miała z moją rezerwacją . Na transfer do hotelu musieliśmy czekać 45 minut a rano pomimo rezerwacji okazało się że mnie nie ma na liście i musiałam skorzystać z Ubera. Nie polecam tego hotelu.
Our stay was amazing. This hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed at in a long time. The room was clean, comfortable, and we were even upgraded since it was our wedding, which meant so much to us.
After a long day with family, we stopped by the bar and the bartender was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Gloria at the front desk was truly exceptional. We called the night before to ask if early check‑in was possible, and she actually reached out the next day to confirm that she would make sure our room was ready when we arrived. I’ve never had someone follow up like that when we were the ones asking for the favor.
The level of customer service throughout our stay was outstanding. Gloria, especially, went above and beyond—she has the leadership, kindness, and professionalism of someone who should be a manager. She made not just my husband and me feel welcomed, but everyone around her.

Gloria was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She checked us into a lovely room and took the time to tell us about the restaurant and bar, which were amazing. We’ve stayed at many hotels over the past 10 years, and I’ve never had a front desk agent go so far out of her way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Because of her, our family will definitely be coming back.
The Front Disk was an excellent. Superior service and an absolutely amazing experience New what to do and extremely helpful.

The breakfast was extremely disappointing. There was a bowl of melon and a dish of scrambled eggs - which who knows how long they had been sitting there.

Also, bartender needs to learn how to make a basic margarita.
Extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service at this hotel. We attempted to contact the front desk by phone five separate times, and not once was our call answered. I hope the hotel will address these communication issues to improve the experience for future guests.
The rooms were so clean and comfortable, and quiet—we had a great stay. Gloria, who checked us in about an hour and a half early, was incredibly kind and had such a positive attitude. She gave us great recommendations and truly made my wife happy. Every time my wife came downstairs, Gloria was there to talk with her, which really made our stay special.
She recommended the bar, which was amazing. If you stay here, definitely try the food—the cook did a great job as well. Overall, we will absolutely be back and hope Gloria and the cook are still there when we return.
Stay at the Hilton Phoenix Airport and avoid this location! Unfortunately, this hotel operates under its own rules and Hilton does not regulate them. Discriminatory practices were experienced and requiring information to be emailed to them without any policy to secure that information. Very bad experience with a fully paid reservation and a card on file, no actual policy or proof anything was required other than an ID (which was presented). The owner stated they do not have any security or policies related to how they handle sensitive information and told me I need to work with Hilton because they are a franchise.
