This was NOT a 4-star. There were bars on the window. The view was pigeon poop on the roof outside my window, and YES, I saw a cockroach in my room. It was at this point that I grabbed my bags and checked out. Very difficult to contact staff, and the refund process was slow.
Filthy and disgusting.
Aweful, bed bugs, roaches tons of homeless around property. I request a refund mainly because I woke up to bed bugs around my children and me but also because there was many other issues. They responded once for photos I then sent them and never heard from them again.
We did not stay the there we arrived approximately at 11 PM. I did not get my room number and door passcode so about an hour later at that point I was at a different hotel already. There's people working on their cars in the parking lot at 11 o'clock at my cars are going and coming. It's not a good vibe as you know what they're doing I'm just not good with people hanging around are vehicles all night long playing music
Dirty
I stayed her previously and booked again. This room was on a different floor, had live cockroaches coming from the sink, bathtub and under the couch. I contacted the property manager and they were able to reassign me to another room on another floor that was clean without any sign of bugs.
They had roaches and it was getting out of hand to the point they had to move me to another room. I went to the other room and there was roaches on the door before I even went in. I called the property and told them I’d be leaving and not staying for the whole two days. They told me to request the refund from the website and here is me doing so
You check in yourself online, they text the room and code. They put me in a room that was OCCUPIED! I didn’t notice at first because no one was actively in the unit, but noticed the bed was used and there was trash with items left in the bathroom. The tub was torn apart. I dropped some bags off and went back down and was then locked out. Im lucky I decided not to leave my service dog in the room just to go downstairs quickly, because they took TWO hours to get me into a different room while I’m stranded outside. Fast forward to the morning, where I asked to pay for a late checkout and they said ok, only to have the door BROKEN IN 30 mins later while I’m naked in the shower! I informed him of the late checkout, he leaves (after breaking my safety lock device I had on the door) and then comes back and DOES IT AGAIN! I was naked at the door telling him to go away and he refused, said I didn’t have a late checkout and would call the police. I filmed everything, again, NAKED. After arguing with management, I was given the late checkout and only offered 20% off for these events. The immense lack of safety here is disturbing and I will NEVER be back.
It was a one night stay, nothing special. Although I forgot a Bluetooth speaker I travel with in my room. I called the next morning and of course their staff didn’t find anything in the room as I expected.
I won’t be staying there again.
Very dirty and rude management.
Comfortable aparthotel, except it is really dirty. We arrived late so didn’t have the energy to complain but the sheets on the sofa bed had stains and dirt on it. It was evident they hadn’t been washed in a long time. The floor on the elevators was filthy. We had a relatively comfortable sleep but got out of there as soon as we could the next morning.
They Didn’t let us know deposit is required and bathroom needs refurbishing pool needs to be cleaned
The room was good sized. It had all the conveniences needed for a longer term stay.
My biggest complaint was the noise. We were on the end of the building next to the freeway and the traffic was loud all night.
Need remolding
Something about having long-term tenants, didn’t make it feel safe. People hanging out in parking lot. Just odd/weird feeling.

Old and unkept. Had bugs in the bathtub
The neighborhood was super sketchy. The property was filthy, the remote control's batteries were missing, and the furniture was in terrible shape. The door would hardly lock and looked like it had been kicked in before. There were bugs in the apartment, and the microwave made a lot of noise when it was in use.
We were excited about our two night stay here in this rental apartment...but on arrival, we were disappointed. We had no difficulty getting into the building, but it felt more like a hostel with the noise coming from other apartments and some 'interesting' odors. Then, we opened the door to our room and were overwhelmed with the smell of cigarette smoke...as if someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes and left just before we arrived. We opened the windows to try to air it out with no success. Then, we found that someone had used the toilet and not flushed it...and the kitchen sink still had food standing in the drain. We called the customer service number provided and told her of situation. We were advised there were no other rooms available to move to. We decided to go ahead and get a nights rest. We left the windows partially open, and turned on the ventilation fans, despite the loud traffic noise all night. Unfortunately, the odor was so bad we barely got any rest as we were constantly sneezing or blowing our noses all night long. The next morning I went to desk and advised we were leaving early and wanted a refund for our unused night...she advised I had to go through hotels.com for refund. I immediately contacted hotels.com and was advised they would get authorization from manager on Monday for refund. It is now almost 30 days later and still no refund. Will never stay here again!!
The room was a comfortable size, but the AC doesn’t work. We were not able to get it to turn on. Went to the front office but no one was there, the office was closed after 5pm. No luck with trying to find help.
This hotel is in Tempe, AZ, so the temperature was 97 degrees Fahrenheit. Not pleasant!
