Phone did not work.
Shower/tub drained very very slow and had about 2 inches of water waiting to drain.
Size of the room was great, location was close to everything we needed, room was clean.
There was no body wash in the room. When I called down to the front desk the worker didn't know where the refills were, but said he would look. When we checked out after 9 the next morning we still had no soap. I mentioned this at checkout and was told that a note had been left for the cleaning people. The front desk should have bars of soap for cases like this. It makes it very difficult to wash without soap so no one in our party of 4 felt clean.
We were in a grand suite and the living and dining areas were dark even with all the lights on. More lights needed!
bed was very comfortable

Booking.com showed this site had breakfast. It did not. No daily cleaning but could request daily towel changes. Had to put trash in hall for it to be emptied. Kitchen supplies not sufficient for 2 people.
We used this hotel last year and the property and service were not as good as it was last year. Last year there was breakfast, daily cleaning and free laundry pods.

Die furchtbaren Bettdecken
We stayed at the hotel for 10 days. While we where there we had bug bites but thought they were fleas. I didnt think much of it but in our new apartment the biting continued. It lasted for 4 months with intensely itchy bites that made us miserable. It was honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had and I'm totally scarred from it. The hotel was also dirty and gross as well. We had actually booked 17 days but left after 10 and would have left sooner if we'd had other options.
I spoke to the manager after many times about the bites to try to figure out what they were and what to do about it. He promised to compensate me and help with pest control, but he never did. It was a nightmare and I'm really glad it's finally over, but it was hell. If anyone has any answers for me or had a similar experience, please email me at metalsaddict@gmail.com.
Not worth the 1 night stay of $325.18 as the Inn is "tired and worn out", inside the extended stay. Not conducive to a clean place. Staff Not really showing a welcome attitude.
Assign posted advising the Health Dept has a "closed food facility" thereby not providing a breakfast or coffee.
I have owned and operated 2 businesses and would not operate this Inn as was visually presented. The property website makes the Inn look inviting...enormous disappointment.
Would never stay or recommend this particular outdated Inn.

I have stayed here before. This visit was disappointing. The only positive I can thinkof to mention is that the room, and the bedding and towels, appeared clean.
There was a dark red sign on the entry door announcing that food service at the hotel was closed by the health department. I couldn't tell whether the sign was official or a joke, but if it was a joke, it wasn't funny. No continental breakfast. The mattress on the bed was lumpy and uneven. there was a trough down the center. The hide-a-bed sofa was too uncomfortable to sit on. The wood edge of the desk was badly scarred. There was no regular coffee in the room, only decaf. There was no bar soap or lotion in the bathroom.
My over all stay was very nice. Elexcellent customer service.
Nothings everything was perfect. I had a Happy Face
The location was close to the place I was visiting. Parking was available.
The fire alarm went off at 4:30 AM. I asked for a compensation, because it disturbed my sleep. The person at the front desk told me to call the manager, who would not be in until 2 PM. When I called, I was told they were not giving any compensation and my concerns were rudely dismissed. In additional, the fan in the bathroom was not working and one of the lights in the kitchenette was burned out. They also had discontinued the Continental Breakfast. A fact of which I was unaware. The unhelpful staff and general disrepair of the facilities are what prompted my unfavorable review.
I've stayed at Larkspur Landing many times before. Never disappointed. This location is more like a motel. Booking included breakfast, when I called downstairs to find out what time breakfast was available I was informed they were remodeling and didn't have a kitchen to serve breakfast. I was changed to a different room because the 1st one had wet carpet.
When i checked out the young lady said I'd receive my confirmation receipt via email. 2 days later i called hotel because I hadn't received it. I spoke to the manager who happened to have answered the phone. Ge asked about my stay. I shared my concerns and he of course apologized. He also offered to refund me for 1 night's stay. I asked him if he needed my card info, he replied no and started he'd send a revised billing showing my credit. I waited for over a week, called back got his voicemail and explained I was still charged the original amount. As of this review I haven't heard fron him or received the credit he offered. They should be ashamed to use the company name with the nastiness and lack of service they have. Ill continue to utilize the other locations but never again will i stay here or recommend anyone else to go.
The check in person was very friendly and my daughter stayed the weekend before I did and she was able to bring her pets
There was no cover space for smoking also there could of been more tv channels
Clean and comfortable rooms. Service was friendly and accommodating.
The bed was comfortable.
The 1st problem was I booked, including breakfast. Upon arrival, there was a sign saying no food. We called the front desk and was told they were remodeling and didn't have a kitchen. The 1st room we were assigned was nasty. I stepped on the carpet, and it was sticky and wet. 2nd room was better, but the tub had a few chips inside and dirt around caulking. Walls in room paper thin. We could hear the TV next door and the people above us walking around.
I've stayed at other Larkspur Landing locations and have always had a cleaner experience. This location was more like a motel experience.
Place needs a make over. Paint chipping all over. Carpets need to be replaced, king bed in our room left a spring mark on my hip. Red noticed from health department that kitchen was closed and no food to be served. Parking was great. Place close to shopping and HWY
