Not worth the 1 night stay of $325.18 as the Inn is "tired and worn out", inside the extended stay. Not conducive to a clean place. Staff Not really showing a welcome attitude.
Assign posted advising the Health Dept has a "closed food facility" thereby not providing a breakfast or coffee.
I have owned and operated 2 businesses and would not operate this Inn as was visually presented. The property website makes the Inn look inviting...enormous disappointment.
Would never stay or recommend this particular outdated Inn.

I have stayed here before. This visit was disappointing. The only positive I can thinkof to mention is that the room, and the bedding and towels, appeared clean.
There was a dark red sign on the entry door announcing that food service at the hotel was closed by the health department. I couldn't tell whether the sign was official or a joke, but if it was a joke, it wasn't funny. No continental breakfast. The mattress on the bed was lumpy and uneven. there was a trough down the center. The hide-a-bed sofa was too uncomfortable to sit on. The wood edge of the desk was badly scarred. There was no regular coffee in the room, only decaf. There was no bar soap or lotion in the bathroom.
The location was close to the place I was visiting. Parking was available.
The fire alarm went off at 4:30 AM. I asked for a compensation, because it disturbed my sleep. The person at the front desk told me to call the manager, who would not be in until 2 PM. When I called, I was told they were not giving any compensation and my concerns were rudely dismissed. In additional, the fan in the bathroom was not working and one of the lights in the kitchenette was burned out. They also had discontinued the Continental Breakfast. A fact of which I was unaware. The unhelpful staff and general disrepair of the facilities are what prompted my unfavorable review.
My over all stay was very nice. Elexcellent customer service.
Nothings everything was perfect. I had a Happy Face
I've stayed at Larkspur Landing many times before. Never disappointed. This location is more like a motel. Booking included breakfast, when I called downstairs to find out what time breakfast was available I was informed they were remodeling and didn't have a kitchen to serve breakfast. I was changed to a different room because the 1st one had wet carpet.
When i checked out the young lady said I'd receive my confirmation receipt via email. 2 days later i called hotel because I hadn't received it. I spoke to the manager who happened to have answered the phone. Ge asked about my stay. I shared my concerns and he of course apologized. He also offered to refund me for 1 night's stay. I asked him if he needed my card info, he replied no and started he'd send a revised billing showing my credit. I waited for over a week, called back got his voicemail and explained I was still charged the original amount. As of this review I haven't heard fron him or received the credit he offered. They should be ashamed to use the company name with the nastiness and lack of service they have. Ill continue to utilize the other locations but never again will i stay here or recommend anyone else to go.
The check in person was very friendly and my daughter stayed the weekend before I did and she was able to bring her pets
There was no cover space for smoking also there could of been more tv channels
Clean and comfortable rooms. Service was friendly and accommodating.
The bed was comfortable.
The 1st problem was I booked, including breakfast. Upon arrival, there was a sign saying no food. We called the front desk and was told they were remodeling and didn't have a kitchen. The 1st room we were assigned was nasty. I stepped on the carpet, and it was sticky and wet. 2nd room was better, but the tub had a few chips inside and dirt around caulking. Walls in room paper thin. We could hear the TV next door and the people above us walking around.
I've stayed at other Larkspur Landing locations and have always had a cleaner experience. This location was more like a motel experience.
Place needs a make over. Paint chipping all over. Carpets need to be replaced, king bed in our room left a spring mark on my hip. Red noticed from health department that kitchen was closed and no food to be served. Parking was great. Place close to shopping and HWY
The hotel met our needs. Shopping and dining eitgin
The owner and staff were very accommodating. Ride was quite nice and I would definitely recommend it for business individuals that commute. Full kitchen too.
Easy, friendly, check in and check out. Good location. Quiet, clean room.
Main area carpeting is beyond filthy. Only one of two elevators were working. No hot water in kitchenette. Some room lights did not function. No safe in rooms. Internet did not work. Staff was very friendly.
Outside of hotel lends you to believe that it is fully upgraded. This is not the case. Furniture in rooms is clearly late 90’s lol. Kitchen counters looked to be upgraded fairly recently but refrigerator was painted black and paint was chipping off and door was dented. Had a hard time getting into the room as the door had been kicked in before and the lock on door jam was still damaged and a very large fence hinge had been added to the door. There was no continental breakfast as stated on website and they ran out of regular coffee…only had decaf
I didn't like anything... Bed bug infested and no refund policy... Rooms smelled carpet tore up staff in friendly and rude... They gave me room away after I paid for a week stay... Never will return ever...
There’s nobody there every time you check out
The front desk clerk seemed inconvenienced to check us in. She practically threw the key across counter to us. There Is a sign on the door that said food discontinued by the health department; which was not mentioned to us when when we checked in. When we checked out, the new front desk person said it was because the breakfast room was being renovated. We were not told that when we checked in. The hotel seems very worn. Carpets are dingy and dirty and it's very dark inside. All the lights are very dim. The room was very big and it was clean. But again very dark.
If you are staying here because of breakfast, pick elsewhere as they don’t offer it even though the website says they do.
The stay was nice, staff were friendly and the room was adequate. An overall good value and a great location.
The room smelled really ….. bad and there were ants in the bathroom. Spider web across the kitchen. There was a chair in the room that was really ….. scary. Service was great but hotel was just not maintained. Also it said free breakfast but there was no breakfast or coffee when I checked the first morning.
