Exquisite!!! It’s like comfort meets DUNE. Loved ask the art, the onsen, the breakfast, and staff was exemplary. We will stay here on our way to ski every time!

Pros:

The room is very good , everything is very nice and very clean.

Cons:

At 6.50 plan start taking off 4-5 plans in a roll. The noise is very loud, I can hear over 100 decibels from my bed. It’s detected by apple watch.

Not suitable for traveller who arrived at night and start trip in the next day. But for whom wake up early to check in flight. That would be not a problem

Pros:

This hotel is always a delight to return to! So much luxury and attention to detail. The onsen and shared spaces offer a place to unwind from travelling, the rooms are spacious, and beds are comfortable. The breakfast is a fine Continental and Japanese treat, although next time, I'm having a glass of bubbly like the person at the table next to me. I look forward to my stay next year!

Cons:

I prefer a small, hard pillow. And only big fluffy ones available.

A luxury hotel inside the airport!
Pros:

What a hotel!! We loved it so much we tried to look and see if other others were under the same brand! The hotel itself is beautiful, you almost forget you are right by the airport! The onsen is next level, quiet, dark and very very well designed. We absolutely loved our stay here, and we will definitely be back

Tolles 5 Sterne Hotel direkt im Flughafen.
Pros:

Super schönes und grosses Zimmer. Generell ist Einrichtung sehr schön.

Cons:

Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat uns beim Eintreffen mit den Worten begrüsst „Ckeck- in only from 3pm“ wir hatten ein früheres Check-in bestätigt erhalten. Nach einigem hin und her hat es geklappt.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel! Booked last minute due to travel disruption and it was so relaxing after a stressful travel day. Our room was gorgeous and we enjoyed the onsen.

Pros:

Were upgraded to Junior Suite, which was very spacious, separate toilet, Super comfy beds, lovely bathrobes and slippers. Chocolates and great toiletries & green tea in the room. Exceptional

Cons:

At check in, the staff sitting high above you at the desk, felt a bit like they they were looking down at you, though they were very courteous.
Be warned, the Onsen forbids bathers, so we avoided it!
