Would love to stay again!
Pros:

Love the hotel! So beautiful and spacious and comfortable. And the staff was so warm, hospitable and courteous. Best of all, it was really so convenient to the shops and restaurants and so near to our flight counter. And check in/check out was a breeze. So we were really rested before our early morning flight.

Cons:

Love everything, nothing to complain.

Pros:

Always a relaxing stay.
Pros:

Onsen was nice and not too busy. Cannot beat the location if you need to get up the next morning for bus or connecting flights.

Cons:

I wish the hotel had rooms to accommodate all my family of four in one room.

Great stay. Would highly recommend.
Pros:

The rooms were very spacious, nice and clean. The toiletries provided were also wonderful. Lots of towels were also provided which we found wasn’t common in other hotels we stayed in Hokkaido. We enjoyed the experience in the onsen at the hotel. The fact that the hotel is attached to the international terminal which makes it very convenient if you have an early flight the next day.

Cons:

We couldn’t find any rooms for a family of four so we had to be split into two room, which added some cost to our stay
