Great for catching an early flight
Pros:

The facility is beautiful and well-maintained. The room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of amenities. Located in the international terminal.

Cons:

The international terminal closes at 9 pm, so to get in, you will have to go to the domestic terminal and walk about 15 minutes. This makes it very inconvenient to enter the place after that. Plus, the instructions were confusing, and the receptionist had a language barrier.

Breakfast was underwhelming and not worth the price.

Pros:

Amazing location. Watched the airplanes from the room windows. Onsen is quiet and clean with a nice hot sauna. Large rooms and very clean with welcoming staff.

Pros:

先ず、入り口。黒い扉が開いて中に入ると、ふわぁ〜といい香りが漂い癒やされます。
受付の時に頂いたジュースも、旅の疲れをとってくれるものでした。
天井が高く、別世界にいるようでした。
全て、落ち着いた空間で、リラックスできました。

Cons:

廊下が暗いので、夜中は少し怖いです(^_^;)

Overall, I expected better service with a price tag this high.
Pros:

Location to domestic flights were easily accessible.

Cons:

The staff. The place felt cold. I was travelling with my mum who is in her 70s and we had quite a bit of luggage. We were sent up to our room to manage our luggage on our own. It might be their policy but it would have been very helpful to have some help.

Very good customer service. Excellent room.
Pros:

On site onsen. Very clean. Spacious well appointed room. People in tea room where we drank matcha were very friendly and helpful. The helped us find the time table for the bus to the outlet mall and we also learned where the bus stops were.
