日常を忘れる素敵なホテル
Pros:

ホテルの設備やスタッフの接客も
素晴らしかったです。
お部屋も清潔でゆったりと過ごせました。
隣室や廊下の音もほとんど聞こえず
ホテルとしては最高でした。　
出先で腰を痛めて大浴場は無理になったので
自室の浴室を使う事にしたのですが
事情を話したらお風呂用のイスを
用意してもらいました。
それも介護用の椅子でした。
とても助かりました。有難かったです。
ありがとうございました。
ホテルの扉を開けて入ると
別世界を感じて
日常を忘れる素敵なホテルでした。

Cons:

新千歳空港での食事や買い物を
楽しみに予定していましたが
空港の端から端まで歩く事を知らず
往復でかなりの歩数になりました。
正直なところ
スーツケースを引っ張りながら
途中で帰りたくなりました。
一刻も早く休みたいけど
空港の一番端とは…
不便さと宿泊費が合ってないような
感じがしました。
諦めて千歳サーモンパークや
千歳水族館に予定を変更しました。
足腰に自信のない方には
あまりお勧めしません。
自分には体調を整えて
行くべきホテルと感じました。

Well deserves its No.9 ranking in the World´s Best Airport Hotels 2026
Pros:

A truly excellent hotel that deserves far more than to be just a base for a one-night stopover. Luxurious and very spacious room with a breathtaking view of the runways. Did not get to try the dinner buffet but enjoyed the dishes we had from the smaller, a la carte menu in the lounge cafe (the cheesecake was amazing)!

Brilliant
Pros:

The staff we're fantastic. The onsen was so good. Was happy there was hot and cold onsen and a sauna. Bed we're comfortable. We didn't hear any planes.

Cons:

Nothing I wish I could stay longer.

Great airport hotel.
Pros:

Just stayed one night for an early flight.
Great room with a view of the runways and lovely bar overlooking the runways too.
All the amenities you’d expect.

リッチなホテル
Pros:

空港に直結した立地で、新千歳空港内の観光もできた。
豪華でリッチな気分になるホテルだった。
温泉もよかった。
早朝の便にもスムーズに乗ることができた。

Cons:

特にありません。
利便性が高く、施設の雰囲気が素晴らしいこともあり、料金もそれなり。

rip off on charges, we booked using booking.com, and they took advantage of us

wasn't really set up to provide for international travellers
their theme was Japan japan ans some more Japan, and ripped us off on pricing
