Please take care of your hotel front staff very much! They are really wonderful for us!

The room and the staff. Especially the staff is very polite by the Japanese way! And very help us to contact with the taxi to go to Minami-chitose station.

Best airport hotel that doesn't feel like an airport hotel!
Pros:

This was definitely the best airport hotel we've stayed in. exceptionally well designed, clean lines, large spacious rooms, great onsen. A view of the planes and runway but blackout blinds and extremely well sound proofed rooms as well as very comfortable beds and linens. It didn't feel like we were in the airport at all. It was also conveniently located to check in for our morning flight, a five minute walk from the check in desks.
