Very convenient, modern and well-equipped airport hotel
Pros:

Feels very new and stylish.
Both rooms were very spacious. The facilities were modern and well-equipped.
The onsen was a very nice touch.
Wish we could stay longer to enjoy the hotel and facilities more.

Cons:

It is quite pricey.

Perfect before long international trip

Incredible, I wish there were more of these hotels
Pros:

Such a beautiful hotel, state of the art, spacious and quiet rooms, wonderful staff and service. I wish this was a chain of hotels so I could stay at one again, it was so good.

Cons:

The only slight downside is it’s a bit of a trek from the main domestic departure hall. But it means it’s quiet and the rooms have a view of the tarmac! So it’s worth the trek

Would definitely stay here again should I return to Chitose Airport again.

Pros:

The ambience to the room and the staff hospitality. Inside New Chitose airport, making it so convenient

Cons:

Steep price though it was worth it. We only stayed overnight due to a cancelled flight.

The beds where so comfortable
The room windows there's a button for electronic blackout shutters.

We did a short walk back to the international airport.
Amazing selection of quick food establishments. Only open till 8.30/9pm

Tolles Hotel - wenn man es im Flughafen Sapporo zu finden weiß

Extrem professionelles, sehr luxuriöses Haus mit sehr vielen tollen Annehmlichkeiten!

Cons:

Wir haben - im kleinen Flughafen Sapporo - gut 30 Minuten gebraucht das Hotel zu finden.

Unserer Meinung nach ist die Ausschilderung / die Beschilderung im Flughafen - vor allem im nationalen Teil - deutlich verbesserungsfähig (auf die "Ortskenntnisse" der Damen an der Flughafeninformation konnten wir uns nur sehr bedingt verlassen).
