Great value for the price
Pros:

We have stayed here quite a few times and it is always consistent of what the photos look like online. Staff are very friendly, we had to have a late check in and the staff member was great at guiding us to where to get our room access. We will stay here again

Cons:

The only thing we found that is annoying is that there is no lift to access the rooms you have to go through the car park and up stairs.

very disappointing.

check in was great. no issue with car parking. location to where we needs to be the next day was great. Bed was very comfortable

booking was for 4 people ( 2 queen size beds) family of 3 adults and a teenager. room had 1 plate and 1 spoon and when i asked I was advised they don't provide any bowels plate or cutlery ( even though there was a toaster and microwave and fridge in the room). the booking was clearly for 4 people and there was only 2 water glasses, 2 mugs, 2 towels so at 10pm i was calling reception for extra towels only to be told they generally only provide 2 towels unless asked. ( MY BOOKING WAS FOR 4 PEOPLE in a room that had 2 queen size beds that sleep 4 !)

Bad experience with the people in the next room playing loud music until thr early hours of the morning.
Pros:

Good mirror and lighting for makeup. Clean bathroom.

Cons:

Stair well from the car park stunk of urine. There were ants in our room. TV and wifi issues.
