Comfortable room, good location, needs some serious upgrades
Pros:

Location was good, staff were lovely and bathroom was updated and nice. Room was comfortable enough

Cons:

The property as a whole was very run down and old, ripped carpets and dirty walls. The old restaurant and bar looks to have been abandoned years ago and never touched again. Neighbors were up all night talking, laughing and arguing and it kept us all awake

Pros:

Great location and undercover parking on site. Rooms were nice and clean. Beds very comfy. Nice area with a park in walking distance and cafes not far away. Easy check in and check out. Good size room.

The actual room itself was clean and no issues there.

Cons:

The receptionist was abrupt with a rude manor, the front door wasn’t working so we had to walk up flights of stairs in a stairway that was covered in graffiti and what looked like faeces, it smelt that bad I immediately showered myself and my children. I would not stay here again.

It was ok but not convenient for families
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, and in a good location close to shops. However, although we booked for a family of four, only two glasses and one shower cap were provided. No complimentary bottled water was available, and we had to purchase water from reception.

Housekeeping services were provided only upon request; otherwise, the room was not serviced. Including not having enough toilet rolls. Additionally, the shower area did not have a closed door and was only half open, causing water to flow toward the toilet and leaving the bathroom floor wet, which was inconvenient. We requested a bathroom mat, but unfortunately, none was available.
