The check in person’s attitude. He was largely indifferent, and I felt that he would rather get back to whatever he was doing. His directions to our room was convoluted and inadequate. Some directional signage would be a great asset.

The reverse cycle air conditioner had thick dust and wouldn’t heat. I asked for a portable heater, which I was given, and we used extra blankets on the beds.
