Great position for lecco
Pros:

Excellent room 331. Large, clean, quiet after 10pm
Quiet a/c, no bathroom fan so quiet.
Only poor side was no drawers in the bedroom.
Good continental breakfast
Very convinct for the lake,shops and restaurants
