esperienza pessima

Esperienza pessima
Ho pernottato una notte presso l’Hotel NH Pontevecchio di Lecco e l’esperienza è stata decisamente negativa sotto diversi aspetti.
Appena arrivato mi è stata richiesta una carta di credito a garanzia; non avendola, sono stato obbligato a pagare l’intero soggiorno in anticipo, prima ancora di poter accedere alla camera. Viaggio frequentemente in Italia e all’estero e non mi era mai capitata una gestione così rigida e poco orientata al cliente.
La struttura e le camere possono anche essere gradevoli, ma questo non compensa le criticità: il bagno era dotato esclusivamente di vasca, rendendo di fatto scomoda e poco pratica anche una semplice doccia. Una scelta davvero poco funzionale per una struttura che dovrebbe garantire comfort.
Ancora più grave quanto accaduto al ristorante dell’hotel: per addebitare la cena sulla camera mi è stata nuovamente richiesta una carta di credito a garanzia. Non avendola e necessitando di fattura, il personale non è stato in grado di gestire la situazione, dimostrando totale disorganizzazione. Sono stato costretto a recarmi in reception e ad attendere un’addetta autorizzata, perdendo tempo inutilmente per un’operazione di routine.
La colazione è stata la peggiore nota finale: qualità decisamente bassa rispetto al prezzo pagato. Caffè e cappuccino da macchine automatiche scadenti, nessun servizio al tavolo e lunghe file, più simili a una mensa che a un hotel di questo livello.
In conclusione, un’esperienza che non rispecchia minimamente gli standard attesi. Non lo consiglio assolutamente.

Comodo in centro ma camere un po' vecchie con pulizia non al massimo
Pros:

Posizione, spazi comuni, accoglienza e personale

Cons:

Mancanza di posteggi dedicati, pulizia. La griglia condizionatore presentava diversa polvere all'interno, il parquet era vissuto e il bagno si allagava durante la doccia perché mancava un sistema paraschizzi efficace

Świetne miejsce, zdecydowanie polecam!

Zabrany hotel, położony w pięknym miejscu. Czysto, wygodnie, sympatycznie.

Отличный. Рекомендую.
Pros:

Отель в тихом месте, при этом до центральной улицы и ж/д станции 5-7 минут пешком. Завтрак обильный, свежие локальные продукты и фрукты. Парковка на соседней улице, за углом, платная. Парковка работает на въезд с 7 до 22 часов. Очень любезный ресепшен.
