lovely hotel, easy to access and friendly staff
Pros:

location, breakfast, staff very friendly

Cons:

security light in the room meant we needed the sleeping masks on, which were provided by the hotel

Friendly staff and great breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. We were given access to the room early so that was really helpful. The room had air conditioning but it wasn’t that great - room looked over Lake Como but sun shine in the windows most of the day making it super hot.

Cons:

The location is next door to an abandoned building and homeless people were there drinking, it felt a bit unsafe so we stayed away from the Lake end mostly. It was a little far out for us and because it was so hot the walk felt too long. Hotel is very dated and needs to renovated.

Nice hotel by the river
Pros:

The hotel was a ten-minute walk from the center, in a quiet place. It faces the river, not the lake. The hotel was generally OK, but I am not sure it was worth the money we paid in July.

Stay in spacious room with pretty lake side views

Staff:
The staff is very friendly and tries to resolve all the problems.
Location:
The location is fantastic. In 1 minute you are out at the lakeside promenade. The train station is only 15 minutes walk.
Breakfast:
The breakfast was elaborate and had some nice options. By eating breakfast outside you can enjoy views of the lake while having breakfast.
Room:
The room was clean and big. We had a lake view room and could enjoy the pretty surroundings from the room.
Bar and Room Service:
The hotel also has a bar with some available options. These can also be ordered as room service.

Cons:

On Saturdays and Sundays, the restaurant doesn't have Lunch available but in 10 15 mins you can easily reach the city center with a lot of available options.
