Great!
Pros:

Dissapointing from beginning
Cons:

We booked large room with 2 beds. The receptionist said there is no room with 2 beds and offered downgrade small room for separated 2 beds. They give no other option, no refund. Not friendly reception.

This was a hotel without any charm.
Pros:

Breakfast and the breakfast room was good. Location was fine. We liked the view of the Adda river out our window. the young woman at the front desk gave us tips on what to do in Lecco and we appreciated that.

Cons:

There was no way to get from the ferry to the hotel without considerable effort - 3 calls to the hotel.
The rooms seemed run down. The bathtub was very slippery, the bathtub wouldn’t drain without removing the drain cap. Chrome is wearing off the shower fixtures.
