Regalia Hotel & Conference Center

Property was very clean and nice, however, it was like a dead zone. Upon checking in, a terrible odor of either a dead animal, trash, or a result of them draining the front fountain was present. There werelimited lights on, had to wait for staff to come to front counter.

Property was well maintained and lovely. It was a little bit weird because No one else was there. Looked abandoned.

A group of friends and I stayed for LOTO bike rally. Room was clean and comfortable. No issues with our stay

The website stated that there was a bar/restaurant but was not open, stated breakfast but wasn't until Saturday we went down at 9 am they had biscuits but no gravy ready microwave bacon no juice. I think the hotel was being ran by very young adults, when the bar did open up for a couple of hours the young staff was doing shots.

When I arrived to the hotel it was wonderful I walked by the outside pool and there was a DJ playing! But as I got into our room I noticed there was no fridge just a wine cooler, our phone on the table next to the bed did not work so if there was an emergency I couldn't call and get ahold of somone also there was no Microwave, the water pressure sucked so bad each tome we used the restroom we had to flush multiple times for it to go down. Our Saturday morning we went down for morning breakfast which on their website says breakfast will be available from 7am-9am. When we got there there was no breakfast available at 7:15 and the front desk said no breakfast today. Then next morning breakfast was available but we had to pay $10 for a plate of food and it was cold food. Who likes cold gravy on biscuits but wait we can Microwave it guess what... we had to go to a different floor in the hotel that was a community Microwave ugh! The tv service was spotty and the Wifi does not work! The place looks like it could have potential but just poorly run. I did not see a single cleaning crew. There is not a single vending machine that was operational or stocked. Overall the room was very clean and had alot of space.

This trip was absolutely amazing. I chose the Junior Suite for me and my husband, and it was amazing. The pool setup was awesome, a bar right in the pool area, and I didn't even have to get out of the water. Very peaceful, cleanliness fantastic, wanting to do it again next year, same location. It was really nice and done it all through Hotel.com App, reasonably priced, as fancy as this place was.

This is our second time staying here this year. Great facility in an awesome location. Clean, quiet, friendly. We will be back!

I booked a reservation online, but when I arrived there was no front desk staff available to check me in. I ended up having to book a room at another hotel. Despite this, I was still charged on my bank statement. I’m very disappointed with this property and will not be booking here again. I also tried calling to resolve the issue, but no one answered.

The complex is run down outside parking lot full of weeds hotel almost appears to be abandoned. Reception desk girl very nice but obviously hotel barely hanging on to customers. Room was nice and very clean. Pool was nice.

restaurant and bar were closed. Indoor pool closed hottubs and sauna closed TV not working. WiFi not working.

First room was dirty and had stains on sofa and bed - asked for room change and bed was better but sofa was still dirty and there was trash left in room from before- entry to room smelled terrible.

Outdated, stayed three days , no room upkeep, clean towels, extra toilet paper, pool chairs and swing broken , over grown weeds!!!! Never staying there again !!

Our room was close to the outdoor pool. They had a live DJ and Rap music was played until at least 11 pm on Friday night. Had I known this info, I would have requested a room on the opposite side of the pool. Of course, a person doesn't know this information when they book a room. There were 4 floors and only one floor had ice. One elevator wasn't working. I grounds weren't clean. If you are young, I'm sure you would enjoy the music.

Was not happy with the stay. I booked for a room with a balcony. Got a with a sliding door. Lets not forget about the spiders that we killed. Pool was not open in the inside. Also the bar was closed. besides those things the stay would have been GREAT!!! I just wish they would have said this the guest. We paying for things and was not able to use. (pool outside) was open.

The pool is great! it is shared with other condos in the area so ask if it will be open before you booked. It closed at 3 on one of our days. They didn't tell us when we booked or when we arrived!!

Great place...had a nice balcony. Comfortable beds. Huge pool. Not sure why it was very busy. Could use some updating but very clean. I would definitely stay again!
